The native functionality of allowing subscribers to split up payments was exactly what I was looking for for this client. However, the UI look and text didn’t fit with their brand so I contacted the Development team and within 24-hours I had a very reasonably priced quote for customizing the plug-in. The Development team quickly delivered the revised plug-in and did a couple rounds of revisions to ensure it met client expectations. I have a happy client now. ??

We purchased the WP Swings Subscription pro on 1st August 2024, we have set it up on our website, however after the WP Swings Subscription pro plugin was setup the payment gateways stopped displaying on the checkout page.
We have already raised a ticket with the support team on 16th-August-2024
However the problem is not yet resolved, we have provided all the details requested like ftp access, screenshots and all details, however the problem is not yet resolved on 28th August 2024
After some work the plugin team got to work paypal on our site, however when we told them paddle and razorpay are not working yet.
The plugin support team tells us “We do not support these gateways, and we never mentioned also for this, if you want we can check and make it work but this will be custom work as its apart form the plugin features”
The plugin does not support important payment gateways like paddle and razopay, which is supported on the WooCommerce platform and on all other subscription plugins.
Since the plugin was not working for us we requested for a refund as per the refund plugins refund policy at the plugin site, as we fit all the terms for the refund. However the plugin team are completely ignoring our refund requests.
Its been an absolute waste of effort, time and money.

We needed to have the price of the subs update to the latest most recent pricing and also have the subs charge the new rate the next month after any price updates…. which the standard plugin does not do. (We had to pay extra for this). There was also an issue with the compatibility with Stripe, which was also fixed in an update. (Wasn’t fun when it wasn’t working, but glad it is now.) We needed to change what is shown in the subscribers list (Add user’s first and last name, and also make it searchable) They added the first and last name column, and the search is working fine. One thing I can say is that the support is timely… They got back to me right away when the issues first needed mods… Yes, it cost actually a lot more than the Pro version was but now it’s working exactly the way my client needs it to…

The support is terrible. I had issues with several subscriptions that were auto-renewing every 3 days instead of monthly, as I had configured, which understandably upset my customers due to the incorrect duplicate charges. I contacted support, and after repeatedly following up, they asked for login details, even though I had already sent them in the original email.
The support technicians don’t even bother to read the issues in detail. It seems like they’re overwhelmed and respond with anything just to buy time. Tired of waiting for a solution, I decided to switch to a competitor’s subscription plugin and requested a refund from WP Swings, as I was still within the first 30 days of use.
They ignored my refund request, and when they did respond, it was all vague answers and excuses, claiming they couldn’t log into my site to check the issue—which is false, as I even provided FTP details. They refuse to issue a refund and are now ignoring my emails altogether.
By the way, they don’t have a proper support ticket system. All communication is via email, which is inefficient, as every time you reply to the same email thread, it feels like you have to explain the whole issue again.
A huge waste of time and money. This company is a complete scam. I wouldn’t use this plugin again even if they paid me.

The plugin is very useful for our purposes. Only thing I’d recommend is enhancing communication between support from the website and developers. I asked for a critical fix to support through the chat support, the representative told me they would open a request to dev for this, then some days had passed and still no results. Finally, it took to write one bad review first to get the management team’s attention. Now, after 15 days, the critical fix is finally deployed. Thanks!

I can’t use Woocommerce payment if this plugin enabled. I think this plugin not fully compatible with Woocommerce.
UPDATE :
The plugin needs pro account to connect with regular Woocommerce payment, in the other hand another free subscription plugin able to do that without upgrade to their pro or premium.

This plugin works great until it doesn’t. We have had 2 missed payments in the last month with no way to rerun the payments. The first one, set up via PayPal, never attempted to run (verified with the customer) and the second one, set up through Stripe, was declined due to insufficient funds. The orders were originally marked as ‘Payment Pending’ inside the associated WooCommerce order, but were both marked as completed in the Subscriptions Table (customer was active and the next payment date was for the following month).
I have been chatting and emailing with support for a full 3 weeks now with no resolution. They keep passing me back and forth from one support agent to another, each one needing a full accounting of the issues, even though all the information is contained in our support email chain. They finally promised me that the issues would be fixed with the update that was released last week, but the update did not fix the problem. I am now back to square one with the support agents needing all the details again of what is happening.
Our customers are extremely frustrated as we don’t have answers for them and we have likely lost at least one customer over this as they have stopped responding to our messages.
I just need a way to mark a payment as incomplete and rerun it.

This entire process has been a nightmare for my business. The plugin does not do recurring payments, it only does an automatic reorder each month. That’s NOT how subscriptions work. It’s supposed to be recurring payments after the first order is made. Instead, it creates a new order each month. This triggers onboarding processes for existing customers…What a nightmare. I’ve been begging and begging and begging for their support team to help me but they literally don’t understand English. NIGHTMARE!
