Hello, me again. I have been wrangling with WordPress for the last month trying to understand why I was receiving the “unexpected error” page whenever I tried to edit a post, and it seems I’ve finally found the answer (possibly–I don’t actually know what I’m doing): is there an incompatibility between the Sunset Core plugin and the Gutenberg block editor?

I went through quite a lot of ham-fisted attempts at figuring out the issue. Reverting to the Classic Editor finally allowed me to edit posts (published posts as well as drafts), and from there I got to toying with the theme. While the theme itself works fine and doesn’t pose any issues to accessing the editing page, when I activate the Sunset Core plugin, I receive the “unexpected error” message. When I deactivate the plugin, the Gutenberg editor works again.
