We’ve had a great experience so far with Super. The team offered us great support during the installation process that only took us 5 minutes! We have multiple websites and were worried about the upheaval of switching from our old gateway, but there was no need. Super worked straight away.

So we have been using SuperPayments for almost a year now, we are an online vape shop and SuperPayments has been great at handling payments, fast payouts and a nice middleman between traditional “open banking” offering more security and financial incentives for customers.
The plugin itself is well written but HEAVY on performance, I can see they have tried their best but minification of CSS and JS is needed. It’s by far our heaviest plugin so if it can be streamlined and reduced that would be a game changer!
The Change Log which has been introduced is very welcomed as frequent updates without knowing what was happening behind the scenes was hectic.
Overall we would recommend SuperPayments and look forward to more positive improvements to the plugin!

Okay so we love the concept and it works well for us so far – except the payment process does take some getting used to.
The main issue is when a QR code is to be scanned, how can I ask the customer to do that if I send it to them as they are on their phone. Please allow a clickable link too in this instance.
What is missing is an ability in the backend to easily take a payment over the phone. Or even when a customer is in store as the process sometimes confuses customers.
Another gripe is the need to open an external payment page – which can be okay but there is no control over the branding. This is important.
What is really annoying though is when you release an update – You do not update the changelog on here so we know what the changes are – PLEASE DO THIS
Finally contacting you when we have an issue – the support is not great. There is no easy way to reach out to you for a quick response. We would expect a realtime chat option – especially when if there is a problem for instance (e.g. payment not working, or configuration confusion) then how do we reach you?
This is early for us and I can see it is getting better all the time. But the above points need addressing and please like I said, UPDATE A CHANGELOG so we are not guessing. This could easily be a 5star review as when onboard it is great – but it is just not quite polished yet.

Very bad experience, I was offered their service to accept payments in my woocommerce store by Georgia Fabien , I was given instructions what to do and followed each step , registered business because she told it’s required to use superpayments , I emailed her that all done , I can see she read my email as I have notification that email was opened but no reply at all from her , why to offer your service if you don’t event communicate just ignore after all steps was done from my side. AVOID !!!!!!!!

The plugin silently makes itself the default payment method on installation or upgrade – something which should be solely at the discretion of the website owner. You have to go into the plugin options each time and switch this setting off.
Also, the plugin author does not provide a changelog – even PayPal provide a changelog FGS!
