Coming up on 2 months now, what is going on?

Love the plugin so far! While I haven’t done much wordpress development I see a need for a way to have a different map marker for different categories of POIs. I will try to see if I can submit something, but just wanted to get it on the radar in case someone else is also working on it.

Perhaps having the option of category-poi overriding the poi_marker, and in addition having the option of setting a special marker per poi itself, like a tiny Colosseum-marker (to go with your demo)
