After purchasing the PRO version and noticing that it did not work as expected, breaking some functionalities on the website, I requested a refund almost immediately. After sending numerous emails, they finally refunded my money, but I had to persist for more than a month with several follow-ups. Even though they had supposedly accepted the refund, several days passed with no updates, forcing me to contact them again to request the refund to be processed. They responded by saying that they would forward the issue to the relevant department. Later, I received another response where they tried to get access to the Admin to fix the issue, to which I replied that the refund had already been approved and they should process it without further delays. Once again, they said they would forward it to the finance department, where it was supposedly approved and would be processed soon. However, more days passed with no updates (it seemed like they were waiting for me to forget about it), so I sent another email requesting the refund. Finally, after more than a month, they processed it. I will remember Magazine3 and their SuperPWA plugin to never buy anything from them again. It was a terrible experience, bordering on fraud.

Más tarde, recibí una nueva respuesta en la que intentaban acceder al administrador de la web para solucionar el problema, a lo que respondí que ya habían aprobado el reembolso y que lo hicieran sin más demoras. De nuevo, dijeron que lo remitirían al departamento de finanzas, donde supuestamente ya estaba aprobado y se procesaría pronto. Sin embargo, pasaron más días sin noticias (parecía que estaban esperando que olvidara el asunto), por lo que les envié otro correo solicitando el reembolso. Finalmente, después de más de un mes, procesaron el reembolso. Recordaré a la empresa Magazine3 y su plugin SuperPWA para nunca volver a comprarles. Fue una experiencia terrible, rozando la estafa.

I’d looked at PWA options for WordPress in the past and thought it was an interesting concept. I’d never had cause to use them until recently. I opted for SuperPWA due to good reviews. The set-up process is pretty straightforward and it pretty much worked ‘out of the box’.
I did have one issue that related to maintaining the user logged in status. For this PWA, all users need to be logged in but we were finding that after a very short time, users were being logged out. The support was brilliant at helping to resolve this and within a few days, all was working as expected.
Would highly recommend! I’m looking forward to using this for another website later in the year.

I didn’t see that all of the reviews from the past year have been negative regarding the plug-in not working and the support being terrible. Exactly what I’ve been experiencing for weeks now.
We’ve had over 35 emails back and forth to resolve what I’d think would be a simple issue. I’ve sent multiple screenshots of 1) the app icon CANNOT be changed 2) your CTA tool top says %ICON% which looks defunct 3) the tool tip doesn’t even show up. 4) you’re charging $99 a year for a defunct tooltip that can be made better and actually work for free.
support is a nightmare. They keep saying it’s fine it works despite sending screenshots. Then they say well it works on chrome browser for android. But not for safari? Not for any other browser you advertise? Not for any other device? Someone please give me a better recommendation. I’ll be filing a chargeback since they refuse a refund.

I have been using the free version for a while and it worked well. So I decided to go for the paid pro version.
First, you need to copy a license key to upgrade the plugin but it is only showing on one page after check out. You can’t find it in your account afterwards. So be careful and copy it right away.
After installing the pro version, I got a critical error on my website. The support team took care of it pretty quickly. But I found a lot of other bugs. Some have been fixed and other don’t. The Data Analytics Add on is for instance still not working. Another ticket on github is still open since May: Need to compatibility with loco translate.
So if you want to go for the paid version, be careful and compare with other options.

I really don’t understand that feature that makes bar being ugly and only hex (without transparency).
Here’s my workaround (I’m not dev so if it’s shitcoding – idc) and I hope in future update either color codes will be updated or a checkbox to make it transparent:
In plugins folder navigate to super-progressive-web-apps > admin, open file admin-ui-setup.php and on lines 401 & 404 you’ll find default color codes that you can override to transparent by adding ff at the end (like this: #D5E0EBff)
— Other than that small but stressful issue, I really love the plugin. Got quickly up & running.
P.S. on Apple iPhone you should open website in Safari browser – in order to add PWA as app to home screen (spent quite a bit of time till I figured that out)

I do find that if I swipe up on the install module but don’t choose to install there and then, the module won’t appear next time unless I delete my history. Is that intentional?

This is going to be a long review about the poor experience I had as their pro customer for the last 60 days. If you are planning to buy this plugin, do read this.
I have used many premium WordPress plugins including Ultimate Member, FS-Poster, and more.
I bought this particular plugin early in Jan, since day 1 I had severe issues, from straightup misbehaving addons, to errors in their own JS files. After 5 days of failing to fix it at my own level, I decided to contact support.
Support quickly recorganised that all problems were from their end. I was promised a quick fix in the next update. It took more than 1 week to even start working on my issue.
Frustrated and irritated by their slow response I demanded a refund, as I was elligble for refund in case they failed to fix my issues. They reassured me about fix being right around the corner.
Few days later the update which was supposed to fix everything was released. Even when they did roll out the update, the issues remained unfixed.
Ofcourse they changed a few things that fixed 1 of the issues, but that gave rise to even more issues. I reported all of them. They concluded all issues to have already been fixed from their side.
I gave them full benefit of doubt trying to figure out what’s wrong. I did plugin/theme conflict test and ruled out all other factors, and realised the issues were from their end.
The issues now are so servere that keeping the Pro plugin activated for longer than 4 hrs results in my site breaking up.
I reported the same. However, this time things got even worse. I wrote them an email on 23rd, and then wrote another mail on 25th.
They have now stopped reading my mails and are not replying to any of my queries.
I have been repeatedly asking them for either fixing this issue immediately or refunding my money.
You see in such an expensive plugin, I have already wasted 2 months of license period without being able to use the plugin. 2 Months worth of money already wasted, let alone the time I wasted in customer support, writing this review, and more.
The lack of communication from their side for the last 1 week has literally made my blood boil.
I won’t ever recommend this plugin to anyone.
I plan to launch a legal complaint if I recieve no further communication from them.
I will keep replying to this review and keep you all updated about every happing.

A brilliant plugin. I write PWA’s professionally, and I was looking for a solution for WordPress. This works straight out of the box, and saves so much time. It works faultlessly on both Android and iOS. PWA developers must know what a pain it is configuring for iOS – especially the splash screen (16 or more separate .pngs required). This plugin generates them all . . . . automatically !! Love this plugin . . . Absolutely superb in every detail.

I paid for this app, with high hopes for its functionality.
I never received a license or a download link.
I checked my PayPal and bank statement and confirmed I had paid.
I brought it up with their support.
Their support refuses to acknowledge the clear proof that I have paid for the product.
I have escalated the issue with PayPal and am not worried about my money, PayPal is good at protecting users from fraudulent companies like this.
Be warned. Whomever is operating their customer support (Magazine3.com apparently) is either intentionally crooked or totally inept.

The free version works quite well and is easy to use. I decided to go PRO for the extra features that are pretty essential. I am now ￡91 down. I have not received any license keys. I am seeking a refund. I have received a few emails written in poor English by someone who has clearly not understood anything I’ve said. It takes over 24 hours to receive one these incomprehensible emails.
It is looking like I will have to wait 14 days for my bank to intervene over the disputed money.
