]]>Google has offered an asynchronous version of their tracking code for awhile now (which while a minor difference code wise) unlocks some pretty powerful, real time features.
I’m considering adding another checkbox to enable asynchronous tracking, but I’m not sure how many people would use it, so I don’t want to complicate things unnecessarily.
Do anyone of you use/want this included? Even a simple yes/no would be helpful!

]]>Hello!
Sorry to make you probably a stupid question, but, after installing, activating and configuring your plugin through seetings, how do I know if it’s working properly? Does this configuration automatically insert the corresponding Google Analytics code in all pages fmor my blog?
BTW, what’s the difference between selecting before head/body tag, how that influeces?
Thanks very much for keeping these analytics issues so simple.
Regards,
Miguel.

]]>I installed the plugin through the Add New Plugins method.
I went to settings, clicked the box for Insert Tracking Code but it does not give me a place to paste the code.
Entered my GA numbers
For insert location, I tried both options.
Chose track administrator hits
Saved
However, when I go into my newly created GA account it still says “Tracking Not InstalledLast checked: Jul 6, 2012 2:57:53 PM PDT
The Google Analytics tracking code has not been detected on your website’s home page. For Analytics to function, you or your web administrator must add the code to each page of your website.”
Since I just signed up with GA, could it just be that there is a delay?
Thank you!
