hi
i’m running a web for a homecare visit booking and currently using wooomerce and a plugin to make a product as a booking product.
i was wondering if your plugin can notify the supplier (vendor) about the order we process, so the supplier (vendor) can make a preparation.
i just need it to make a simple notification email, or with some detail but we need to make the price of the product (booking) invisible to the supplier (vendor)
thanks
What happen when an order contains products from several suppliers/vendors ?
Will I be able to generate 1 purchase order form for each supplier, regardless of the orders ?
It will not let me create a supplier. It does not do anything at all when I click “Submit”. Am I missing something?

SKUs appear when creating the purchase orders but not when printing.
Hi,
I was wondering if I can convert a customer invoice into a supplier purchase order?
We often receive orders, and then order the exact items from a supplier and have it shipped to the customer.
So being able to generate a supplier PO from a customer INVOICE would be optimal.
Dear developpers,
We have downloaded the plug-in because we are enthousiastic about the posibilities. After installation we found out that we can not connect our product specs to the suppliers article code.
Is it possible to add 2 extra field for supplier article details.
Kind regards,
Teunis
I’ve seen several questions / remarks about inventory management, but unsure about status.
The plug in on itself seems a great addition to manage suppliers (and stock) in a simple yet effective way, however not connecting it to the actual stock level in the shop makes it less practical.
I saw the comment about complexity when partials are received, but can I be blunt and make a suggestion:
When a p/o arrives (either partial or complete) and the status is set to received/booked the number of products is increased by the number entered. That number is then subtracted from the total in the p/o which either closes the p/o (as it’s complete) or leaves an active p/o with a reduced number.
Oh, another thing… you are connecting products to a or multiple suppliers. It may make a lot of sense to add a supplier field in the actual product as well. In that way the table can be maintained from both sides.
Sorry, not a coder myself, so I wouldn’t know how to implement. I’m just a user ??

I assigned products to Supplier (both simple and variable). When I create a Purchase Order, only simple products show and not the variable products.

Great plugin!!
Added some code so when creating or editing the PO, two extra columns are displayed per product.
Sold last year
Currently in stock.
So it is now very easy to create a new order with this info available per product (or product variation).
Do not know how to upload or merge code. If you are interested, mail me at h4nsie (at) gmail.com
There seems to be a wrong URL to the image. Image are not shown on the PO list when receiving orders, but when clicked, the right images opens.
Solved by replacing file recibirentregapo.php line 213 by:
echo '

';
I could not add a supplier. Pressing the button Submit does noting. Got a error message on the javascript console.
[Error] An invalid form control with name='created_at' is not focusable.
[Error] An invalid form control with name='lastupdate_at' is not focusable.
These two hidden form fields are not focusable. Created a temporary workaround by adding invalidate to this form.
file: addsupplier.php
line: 77
add ‘novalidate’:
} ?>" method="post" novalidate >
Hello, the quantity of the product, if the product is tagged as “inventory managed” should be increased by the confirmed quantity received in the PO.
Tried the plugin. I’ve got an error when I add a supplier. It seems that the database is not created.
When I enable debug the message on every (plugin) page is:
Notice: Function wpdb::prepare was called incorrectly. The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.9.0.)
Wordpress Version 6.1
Please let me know if I can provide more info.
