Admin can view tickets but not customers.

Hello.

I have “Support Ticket System For Woocommerce” plugin by Plugify installed and I need to translate it to Spanish.

Have you got any traslation files? Can the plugin be traslated? Because I have created .pot, .po and .mo files but nothing happens.

Can I assign tickets to product authors?
If my products are linked to a subscription or set timespan I’m assuming that customers will loose access to submitting further tickets when their membership runs out?
Can I set a limit on how many tickets can be submitted based on each product?

I have installed Helpdesk Support Ticket System for WooCommerce plugin .But It is working ,But It is not showing tickets for users. When I logged in It is not showing my tickets in my account tickets menu. It is showing “No Tickets found”. How can I view my tickets?

Dear Team,

My product is taxable. While adding the product i am chossing Simple Product — Tax Status : Taxable — Tax Class: 12% After completing this process. The tax break up is not visible on checkout page.

Woocommerce Setting — Tax Section
Prices entered with tax : No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax
Rounding : Unchecked
Display prices in the shop : Exclusive Tax
Display prices during cart and checkout : Excluding tax

Please suggest what is missing
