I enter an email address to get survey by mail but no mails are sent.

I am on the free version of the survey and it has been working fine. We recently found that the ‘complete’ button is now not showing the full text or is not the full size. I have tried tweaking the button parameters but it still not showing all the text. I have updated the plug-in and the problem still exists

This might be a naive question but since I do this for a client, I’d like to know if installing the PRO version of the plugin could modify/erase the surveys already made and published from the FREE version.

1. It appears that I am limited in the number (or perhaps the size of file) of questions I can import. It seems that I can import approximately 30-40 questions. I would like the ability to import unlimited questions. I have checked the server settings regarding file uploads, and everything looks okay on my side.
2. As part of the question import, the ability to import a column for question number.
3. As part of the question import, import as plain text as many of the characters do not import or import with a different character.
4. Enable a pdf view of the poll/survey, and for the results
5. When creating a new survey, the ability to select from a utility which fields in the prior survey, including questions, to copy forward into the new one.

I made a quiz with the survey maker. However I want the results of the quiz to be shown directly on my ‘thank you page’. On this page I show my clients an offer that is relevant to their results. So far I have only found the option where you can redirect the result page to a different URL. That is not ideal for me as when I show the results of the quiz I directly want to show them my offer (both on the same page). Is there any way around this?

I have created my survey using Survey Maker plugin, and created the page via Elementor.

When I’m logged in on the website builder, everything works fine. But, when I’m not logged in, I see the error “Wrong shortcode initialized” on the page that should have the the survey (https://horistic.com/bem-vindo-a-horistic-form/)

Hi, when someone fills out a questionnaire it is sent to my admin email. But I have also entered that the questionnaire should be sent to an additional email. It seems that this function is not working because I am not receiving the questionnaires to my additonal email. I have tried all kinds of things but I have no idea why it is not working.

I am currently encountering an issue when trying to update your plugin on my site.

When I attempt to update Survey Maker plugin from version 4.9.7 to version 5.0.0, the update consistently fails with the following error message:

Update failed: 504 Gateway Time-out 504 Gateway Time-out openresty <!– a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page –> <!– a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page –>

I have tried to perform this update several times, but the issue persists. Other plugins update without any problems, so it seems the error is specific to Survey Maker.

Do you have clues on this problem ?

I’m currently using your plugin to create a survey with a Star Rating question from 1 to 10. I need to set up the survey so that:

• If the user answers?6 or below, another question appears asking, “How can we improve?”
• If the user answers?greater than 6, the survey should?end?without showing any additional questions.

Current setup:

• The survey is using a?Star Rating?question with values from 1 to 10.
• I have added a follow-up question that should only appear for answers of 6 or below, but it is currently showing for?all values?regardless of the rating given.
• I have checked the?Conditional Result?section but have not been able to implement a working logic jump.
• I am not seeing an option for?logic jump?in my plugin.

Could you help me understand what I might be doing wrong, or if there is a limitation in the free version of the plugin that prevents this logic from working? I would appreciate guidance on how to properly configure the logic or any other feature I may need to use.

Is it possible to randomize sections?

We have created a survey on our website. We have 256 surveys completed. However, the data that users are entering in the “user explanation” of the questions are neither mailed nor stored anywhere. How can we retrieve this information? What do we have to configure to save this information?

I need to add a form to capture name and email address before the survey is submitted. How do I do this? Is this available in the PRO version as I cant see any options in the FREE version.

Hello,

In several places in the plugin, the word “pass” is used to mean “complete.” It is used in the admin interface and default admin and user messages. Like “Thank you for passing the survey” and “Someone has passed a survey.”

This is not the correct word. Someone may “pass” or “fail” a test, but what you mean to say is “complete.” As in “Thank you for completing the survey” or “Someone has completed a survey.”

Instead of having administrators chase down every use of “pass” for translation and substitution, would you please consider using “complete” and “completed” in your next update?

I am trying to write a survey where people give their answers as either options of a, b, c or d. I want the conditional result to be shown to the person answering at the finish of the survey, and I would like the results to be based on if they answered mostly a’s, b’s, c’s or d’s. I am having trouble getting this.

When enabling “User Explanation” for an answer, it is possible to edit the prompt that appears on the survey? By default, it shows “You can enter your answer explanation.” It would be helpful if we can change that.

My option for “Surveys” is missing from the dashboard. I did an install of the free version and “Surveys” appears. When I replace it with the pro version it disappears.

How can I enlarge the size of the number that is shown in the balloon above the slider option? On my site the number is very small, and I can’t select the CSS code for this.

I have added the mailchimp user name and API key in survey maker plugin in wordpress.

But when I fill-up a survey form then I did not get the email in mailchimp email list.

SO what should I do for it?

LS, by using the option “user explanation” the row (space) appear under the question, but you cannot fill it in???? pls advs

Guys I love the layout but I want each response to be on a new line, at the moment it just looks a mess. Is there a way to get each answer/choice to be on a new line?

I would like to upgrade the ‘Survey Maker’ plugin to be able to ‘harvest’ the information in the survey I already send out. How can I upgrade without losing the information gathered in the survey?

Shall it be that the plugin is found in a language somehow detected on the users webpage or shall it be installed under its original name?

In my case it show’s up as – Umfrage-Ersteller by survey maker team. I reckon just leave it at its original name should be fine or maybe otherwise the advertisement you use shall name it the same way, on the download page of the customer

My form shows on desktop.

It shows in elementor, and shows in customizer in mobile device mode but does not show on actual mobile devices phone/tablet.

I am using kadence theme

Look at all settings cant seem to find any issue and I am using the free version of the plugin

I am currently testing this plugin, which I think is very good, but when viewing it on a mobile device, the heights of the text lines in the title and name of the Survey are too spacious and, on the contrary, in the description of the survey, the opposite is true, the height of the lines should be increased. I appreciate if you can help me resolve this problem as soon as possible, since I urgently need to have the survey ready. Kind regards
