Will this player play .swf files?
]]>Hi Ed,
Great plugin !
One question though. I have uploaded .webm .ogv and .mp4 to cover all browsers however, the mp4 video has a grey background whilst the other formats have a white background (preferred).
I notice that if I do not install the .mp4 file, either the .webm or .ogv are loaded (preferred). But if there is an mp4 version, it defaults to this first.
Is it possible to have the default file as one of the other formats?
This way, only the .mp4 version will be shown on mobile devices.
Thanks
Neil
the plugin looks like it’s working, because the options on a post settings page are there and on the live page a placeholder shows. But every option including the .mp4 disappears when the post is saved — so the selected video never displays and the placeholder is always centered instead of left aligned.
What has to happen to make the video selected show and the display preference active?
]]>Hi!
useful plugin! How can I put a title-description below the video? I can’t find this option in the plugin…
And How can I choose a different aspect rather than the pre formatted aspect (basically the font size) of the widget of my theme?
Hope to hear from you soon
Thanks!
Chiara
]]>Hi,
Great little plugin, particularly for adding (non-YouTube) video to sidebars.
I have a simple suggestion for non-Flash browsers (eg iPads etc).
Use the optional Initial Image as a background for the video. (eg for the widget version, use it as a background for the SWF_put_widget_evh div).
This could be optional.
It’s a very simple means of displaying something non-Flash browsers, rather than a blank box.
