I’ve created a service account key inside keap. When I save it on the plugin settings page, I’m getting the error, “There was an error while saving your settings.” I’m seeing this in the log file

We still have issues with the Gravity Forms plugin throwing a critical error. We are seeing this on multiple sites now, which is no good because we love the plugin so much, we put it on everything. :-/

Exact error code.

Was able to fix it by removing the extra comma before ), specifically the comma on line 411 after ‘</p>’

Using Infusionsoft plugin and when I go to Forms/Infusionsoft to add new form, I select a form and the wheel simply spins and locks.

Have waited for 5 minutes with no movement. I have used it successfully many times. This is new.

I just updated all plugins and purged all caches.

I was wondering what duplicate checking capabilites this plugin provides from our database within Keap Max Classic.

I understand that you have outlined a way to check for duplicate contacts on the following criteria:

Company, Name, Email
Name, Email
Email

I was wondering if it would be possible to check for duplicate contacts on other criteria, such as just first and last name, or a stored IP address.

Here is the specific query that was given to me:

When they fill out the form (I am assuming there would be some parameters we choose like first and last name, maybe there’s an IP address, etc. that part is yours to explore) if it sees a similar record in Infusionsoft (again, this based on settings WE choose, the form reaches data via API) it would say:
It appears you may have already registered. If you have, we invite you to do a second trial using your existing account.

I know I’ve used websites that know who I am without me being logged in.
The purpose is to see if this plugin could work, or if Gravity can otherwise be customized to do this. (The plugin is already built in Gravity, from what I understand this is its purpose already). But being that it’s already built in gravity its customizable – or we could build our own form. Gravity should work other items in the workflow, that’s what it’s created for.

Typically to avoid sharing personal data items like this would work something like this… (these are just examples)

It would be REALLY helpful if we could have multiple conditional API goals.

Your plugin was very easy to setup, and map fields. Unfortunately, I receive this error on an entry and it does not send to the Infusionsoft CRM. It sends to my admin email address just fine, just not as a Contact within InfusionSoft. Help would be much appreciated.

I have submitted a ticket to Gravity Form already and I’m still waiting for their reply.

The only thing I can think of that is related to this ticket is the “DatabaseError” we’re getting when trying to feed the Gravity Form entries to our Infusionsoft. Wondering if you’re able to look into this?

My Systasis Gravity Forms Infusionsoft Feed Add-On Feeds has no setting or is not showing any customs fields from Infusionsoft – these fields have been set up in infusionsoft and are working on my other website. There is no button saying set up a new feed

I am testing this plugin to potentially replace a different (older) GravityForms/Infusionsoft plugin that is no longer being supported, however I’m getting the very same PHP error with this plugin as with the old one…..I’m hoping you might be able to help.

The error is this:

While the form data did get submitted to Infusionsoft, the error is a poor site visitor experience.

Also, I cannot find a way to add a tag (or multiple tags) when sending, as our old plugin allowed for – I had thought that the field for Unconditional API Goal might be it, but it is not. How do we send a Tag along with the data, so that an (Infusionsoft) sequence can be triggered?

I presume the name that we give in the Gravity Forms will be the goal name.

I have two forms.

Form 1 gets the email address, first name and surname and creates a new contact in infusionsoft. This works fine.

Form 2 – which is shown on the URL submitted with this post, takes the name and email entered in form 1 as parameters. It is a multi-page Gravity Form taking about 27 custom fields.

These custom fields are not getting the data. The unconditional goal is being triggered OK though – I’ve got a tag being set successfully from this second form.

I built the form a couple of weeks ago and set up the feed for infusionsoft, so I don’t think it’s the cache.

Any ideas if I’m doing something wrong?

I have a GDPR Checkbox on my Gravity Form. How do I send that info through the API to Infusionsoft, so it can TAG that person in Infusionsoft as GDPR – Lawful consent?

When I’ve used Infusionsoft HTML forms, I can have the system check for duplicate contact’s through email address, so the person doesn’t create a new contact record every time they fill out a form. How do I enable these features using this plugin?

I am confused as to what the integration name listed in infusionsoft is supposed to be. I assume it is supposed to match the feed name I declare in the plugin. Unfortunately, with this configuration I am not able to trigger an api goal in my campaign. The unconditional goal matches my call name. Any help here would be appreciated.

I have entered some new custom fields in Infusionsoft but do not see them populating in Systasis.

Is there something I need to do?

Please try clearing the custom field cache.
Due to Infusionsoft API usage limits, Gravity Forms stores Infusionsoft custom fields data for twelve hours.
If you make a change to your custom fields, you might not see it reflected immediately due to this data caching.

Navigate to Gravity Forms Settings > Systasis Gravity Forms Feed Add-On
Click the “Clear Custom Fields Cache” button

I am just installing your infusionsoft gravity forms plugin — and I have all the fields mapped — I just wanted to see if I could trigger applying an infusionsoft tag using your plugin with an unconditional API goal? Or some other way?

The Infusionsoft form does but the gravity forms does not.
