Does not work anymore, it seems the support

I purchased the premium version of this in hopes to getting a reply from the author on how to setup a single product with a flat rate. Made two attempts and no response.

Does this plugin still work, as I see that it has been closed.

Or is it the fact that woocommerce needs updating that it isn’t working?

Can anyone suggest an alternative plugin?

I am using Table Rate Shipping and have set it up and it operates successfully. Howvever, I am now unable to change the Titles in the Shipping zones section on the Shipping Zones page. Anyone have any idea for a fix or have the same problem? Thanks for the help.

Im using the Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin.

I have some items for which the shipping is weight based.

Other items have non-weight based shipping.

How do I ensure the items in the cart each have their own shipping rates applied, then all totaled together at the end?

At the moment, for 2 items I have 2 shipping rates available for the user to select – see screenshot – https://snag.gy/L2uUig.jpg.

Instead I need each shipping rate to be automatically applied to it’s relevant product – NOT optionally, and for each of the different rates for the products to be visible.

I’m having issues with the woocommerce shipping class.

I have 3 classes set-up
1# Handmade Cake Toppers
2# Plaques
3# Printed

I’ve currently got 2 zones
1# UK
2# International

The first zone I have 3 shipping methods set up

1# Royal Mail 1st Class
2# Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
3# Special Delivery

In these shipping methods you can give a price for each service for the individual classes, the issue I’m having is that handmade cake toppers don’t require the fist shipping method 1# Royal Mail 1st Class.

First I’ve tried leaving the section blank but it shows up at checkout as if it was any other class.
Secondly I’ve tried placing N/A but still no look

For the time being I’ve entered the same price for the shipping method 2# Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, now it shows up but the best case scenario I would prefer the shipping method 1# Royal Mail 1st Class not to show for the handmade cake toppers.

Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated

3 Days ago I purchased the premium version of Mangohour’s Tablerate Shipping plugin.

Immediately after paying I received an email with a download link and a license key.

In the email, the download link does not work – it returns a 404 error on Manghour’s website.

Also, in the email where the license key should be is blank – there is nothing there.

I’ve emailed [email protected] twice and submitted a ticket through their website, all with no replies.

What is going on? Have I been scammed by a seller who has abandoned their product?

I see that the plugin has not been updated since over 18 months.

I was wondering if you are open to this plugin being adopted by us & continuing the development further. I see that a lot of customers are having issues with the plugin & it would be a bad idea to let this plugin stay like this without any updates or fixes to customer issues.

Can any one suggest how i can add a select pick up location and base the pick up cost on a class for each product 8ft,10ft,12ft,14ft. I have purchased local pick up plugin from woo commerce however under the pick up locations it only has cost & discounts you cannot add different classes or amount for each product.
Woo commerce should suggest the closest pick up location

I am deperate. I have to ty and integrate this in the table rate plugin and I’ve tried everything.
Standard: – $20 if order under $99
$20 if one or more items are over 25kg
$10 if order over $99 and no item exceeds 25kg
$30 if order is over 100kg together

Express – $30 if order under $99
$30 if one or more items are over 25kg
$20 if order over $99 and no item exceeds 25kg
$40 if order is over 100kg together

I have two tables one standard and one express and had selected price where it says price and weight where it says weight but I have no idea on how to make it work. I find the woocommerce documentation really confusing. Any clues?

Hello,

We have shipping charges for USA only. International prices are higher to include the shipping. The problem is that it is not detecting their location, so it tries to charge the Nevada shipping and sales tax. It is not intuitive to click the “CALCULATE SHIPPING +” link, so they don’t know how to change it.

So my question is, how can I have the “CALCULATE SHIPPING +” be expanded all the time? That way people could see that their country or state is not listed correctly and fix it before checking out or abandoning the cart.

We have recently pushed through the update to woocommerce 3.0.8 and we are now seeing the following warning message on our cart screen:

I have one pick-up option (standard woocommerce) and one table rate shipping. But can’t find an default option.

I updated Woocommerce to version 3.00 and noticed that table rate plus still uses deprecated function names. They produce notices and errors.
The plugin also heavily slows down the backend.

Unfortunately the mangohour support is not available.
Is mangohour still supporting it’customers or is this the end of table rate plus?

The website is not available that is why i post my question here.

get_price_excluding_tax does not work anymore with woocommerce 3.00.
It should be: wc_get_price_excluding_tax
but that produces a fatal error, when changing the plugin code.
Do you have a solution?

I want to disable shipping after a weight greater than 10kg. How can i do that by this plugin. I have different rates for different weights. But I need no shipping available after weight greater than 10kg. Can you please help me with this.

I have narrowed down timeout issues on my client’s site to this plugin. The plugin developer’s website, https://mangohour.com, is currently timing out as well so this may be related. I was planning to renew the license that just expired, but may have to find an alternative solution.

The only shipping calculation options are “per order” “per shipping class” & “highest priority shipping class”. How can I charge shipping per item?

with this…

public function calculate_shipping( $package = array())

on line 764 in mh-wc-table-rate.php but this is not correct solution.
Plugin has to be changed.

Hello! I am working on a web store that calculates shipping based on USPS postal codes and product weight. I set up the weights and shipping costs in the table rate plus plugin and I set a weight for each item in the product description. I have the plugin enabled but when I test the checkout I receive this error: “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” How do I ‘select’ a shipping method or make the necessary fix to complete the transaction?
