I have checked the set up for Instagram in the settings and everything looks good. What should I look for that would prevent the Instagram feed from working?
Thank You,
Justine
Hello,
This is regarding your Tagregator app, both here in the www.ads-software.com plugins section under your “Installation” tab, as well as in your plugin itself. This is also happening in the instance of your plugin in the WordPress WordCamp.org WPMU install.
Both here on https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/tagregator#installation and in the WP-Admin screens for your plugin, you link to the Twitter app site as being “https://dev.twitter.com/apps/new.” This is incorrect and will take you to a 404 page at Twitter. The correct current link to the Twitter app site for devlopers to register Twitter apps is – https://apps.twitter.com.
It is suggested you please update your pages here on www.ads-software.com/plugins and in your plugin WP-Admin screens to have the correct Twitter app link of https://apps.twitter.com.

For some reason, some of my twitter posts show the image on https://tsunamipremiumvapor.com/tsunami-social-media/#.WEhM27IrK01 but other posts only show a link to the image.
What determines if the image is displayed on the page or not?
I also am unable to get it to pull content from Instagram & Google+.
Thanks,
Chris
]]>The tweets are not appearing correctly on the page:
https://chicagopokemongo.com/index.php/social-media/
There is a lot of blank white space in between the sections of the individual tweets. I’ve tried going into the CSS to see if there was something there causing the issue, but can’t figure it out.
]]>This plugin never dealt with the database efficiently, but on WP 4.5.2 it will crash your database within 90 seconds of activating on a site.
]]>Not too sure what is going on but non of the Instagram post are showing at all. Is this plugin going to be updated, or is it no longer supported?
Has anyone found one that works like this on that does twitter and Instagram?
]]>I know you know this, but I saw the Twitter cards on the #WCUS and was reminded. Is there are you all doing development on GH for this?

]]>Hello,
to use tagregator I would like to know if it is possible to content from other sites.
Do be more precise: do I only get content from my own twitter, google+ … account or can I get content from all the sites and pages and posts from them?
Thanks for your help,
Fabian
I just installed this plugin on a website I am developing and loving it, but I was wondering if it was possible to use more than 3 columns? I wanted to use the full-width layount and have 5 or 5 columns populate it but it stops at 3.
Thanks a lot!
]]>Seems the API has changed….any chance of an update…. pretty please
]]>Hi,
Is there a way to easily de-register styles and scripts that I don’t want to use (the front-end css file, and the masonry grid), maybe via a function?
Thanks!
]]>Thank you for the lovely plugin. I’ve been looking for something like it for at least a year.
It would be lovely if one could click on images and have them display in a colorbox style modal.
Since I am primarily pulling tags from Instagram (and some from Twitter), visitors to my site are primarily interested in seeing the images. Having to go to the instagram site is not only distracting, but also terrible UI, since they would ideally like to next and previous through the selection of photos. Doing so without leaving the site would be brilliant.
As an example, check out how the Easy Instagram plugin does it.
Thanks!

]]>Hello, is it possible to customize the code so that links pulled in from Twitter (hashtags and images) open in a new window?
]]>There was an earlier thread asking for hashtag OR hashtag.
I’m wondering if there is the ability to do hashtag AND hashtag.
It looks like things have changed since the old support request as they said 2 hashtags in the format [tagregator hashtag=”#commtour #sf”] would return posts that only had both hashtags. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/multiple-hashtags-in-a-feed?replies=3
This doesn’t seem to work now.
I do see that shortcodes formatted with a comma will now function as an OR.
[tagregator hashtag=”#commtour, #sf”] does work to pull either hashtag.
Is there still a way to support hashtag AND hashtag? Neither of these formats work.
[tagregator hashtag=”#commtour #sf”]
[tagregator hashtag=”commtour sf”]
Thanks!
]]>Hi, would it be possible to have a filter by hashtag on the frontend?
thanks for the info!

Getting a PHP notice when WP_DEBUG is true:
Notice: Undefined index: author_name in /wp-content/plugins/tagregator/classes/tggr-source-instagram.php on line 276
The line in question:
'author_name' => $postmeta['author_name'][0]
shouldn’t there be an isset
check for those? or did something change?
I’m not seeing the G+ posts and only one Instagram post. I have use the hashtag myself on both services and mine don’t come up. Only Twitter seems to work well.
]]>It seems this is no longer pulling instagram posts… Any help?
]]>Hi,
Nice plugin. Only problem is, after a while, with a bit of traffic, even if I only use the Twitter feed, the number of tweets turned into posts and added to the database will be huge, and clog the system. Is there a way to flush old posts automatically, and empty the trash on a regular basis so that we don’t end up with thousands of posts bottle-necking the database and slowing things down server-side?
The concept is neat, but the practical consequences of turning the Twitter feed into individual posts is potentially going to be detrimental to the site’s performance…
]]>Hey this was working well for me when I first installed it and got it running it grabbed posts from Instagram and Twitter however now it is just getting posts from a few days ago and then stops when it gets 19 posts.
Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed? Is there something going wrong with the instagram api?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>First off, I want to express my appreciation, it is a beautiful plug in.
but I was wondering if there was a way to format an archive to show all the old posts, at the moment it seems to not display the older ones (even though they are saved to the wordpress and published)
https://www.prometheusguild.ca/tweets/
I’ve managed to find a bit of a work around by using the direct link to the plug ins folder
https://www.prometheusguild.ca/tggr-tweets/
which does work, but its not the nicest of layouts, so just wondering,
not exactly high priority, but I thought I’d ask anyhow.
once again, want to express gratitude as it’s phenomenal as is.
]]>Hello, will this plugin work inside a widget or only when added directly to a page or post?
]]>This plugin has been working great until very recently when I noticed that it stopped importing Instagram posts less than a month old when using the hashtag feature. I know there have been several newer Instagram posts that use the hashtag. I tried using different client ID’s with different Instagram accounts, and different hashtags, and it didn’t solve the issue.
Thanks!
]]>Can you please help me with the Facebook integration? I have installed the custom API key plug-in, but it does not seem to be working when I try the FB code.
I could be pulling the wrong Facebook code or it requires more advanced setup… please let me know if there is anything to remedy.
Otherwise, rest are showing great on https://www.theairhook.com
THANKS!
]]>Hi everyone!
I installed Tagregator this week and have troubles setting the hashtag feed: all the posts I get are dated from three years ago. I’ve checked and multiple posts with the dedicated hashtag have been published since then. Any idea ho I can set things right?
Thanks
]]>Hi Ian,
Firstly, thank you for an incredibly awesome plugin.
So my Instagram tiles are displaying on the page all stacked like a deck of cards. You can see here – https://neuyear.com/hub/ – under the ‘Trending Dominator Images’ tab.
Then if I inspect the element, it automagically fixes. Any idea why this is happening or why the positioning is acting strange?
Cheers for the help, Trevor
]]>Just a strange thing: the plugin works, but it doesn’t look like in the screenshot. The items are way longer than needed. There is whitespace…
Anyone has an idea how this could be? See here: https://www.heldeninwit.nl/algemene-verpleegkunde-2/
]]>Is there a way to pull in my own tweets or is it working only with @ mentions and #tags from other people?
Good plugin though!
