First of all, great plugin. It’s perfect for my needs.
Would love to see a multi-select filter for projects and tasks.
ie. the ability to select Todo and In Progress together.
Hi, I bought the Single Site License https://taskbuilder.net/pricing/ because there is no demo and the description of the addons was good. But after installing all of the addons I realize, that the right management system in the Buddyboss Groups is not sufficient. So all members see tasks and projects of a private group as an example.
Therefore I ask for refund, but the answer of the support is: “Sorry, we do not have refund policy.”
So I am not satisfied with this answer. Here no demo is available and you cannot see what you get before.
Please make a refund. I wait on an answer.
]]>I have set the “Allow co-workers to edit tasks” to disable, i assumed this would disable the ability of an assigned user to edit the task “content” this includes the status, I also assumed that this would not permit the assigned user from creating new tasks in the project. However it seems both of these are happening.
is this the intended behavior? i need to set tasks from a “manager” that are compelted by a end user and the task is only marked as complete or in progress by the manager who is checking hte content of an attached file. I like this plugin as the attaching files in comments is very useful.
I think this is an amazing plugin and really enjoying using it but I wish to place different project tasks on different pages. Is it possible to add a filter to the shortcode? Maybe something like this
[wppm_tasks project="testing"]
Thanks for your assistance.
]]>Hi, I just started to test thit plugin.
About front-end editor, [wppm_tasks] short code doesn’t work at all. it shows empty box.
Also, from [wppm_projects] short code, when I clicked “Tasks” “Delete” “Project visibility“, it shows “I am body!” message box, and could not do anything else.
Do I have to purchase pro edition to use front-end functions?
Hi…
Why my task members serach not showing any editor or admin users?
I use your solution in a basic WordPress Instalation, with users registered as editors and admins only…
I Cant see or serach any users to attribute tasks!

]]>I have several projects set up representing separate phases or epics of my development. If I create a task and decide to move it to another project, there doesn’t appear to be any way to do so. When I edit it, I can see the Project field but can’t change the contents. Is this how it’s intended to work?
]]>Dear support
Thank you for your geat job. It is not terrible but only to let you know that sorting out by end date does not work (front end). It can be usefull in iorder to know the tasks to be finished first?
Have a nice day
Fanny
]]>Hi,
I’m testing your plugin and find it nice and simple, I’m looking at buying an addon if I can get the email notifications to work. Any idea why it is not sending anything out when a new task is created, assigned etc? System emails such as updates, Woocommerce orders etc are getting sent from WordPress Admin so it is directly related to this plugin only.
Cheers
]]>Hi!
Can i sort tasks or projects by name, date etc?
thank you
]]>Hi,
I am testing your plugin on my site but result is very slow. When I want to add any or create any thing preloader appear and spinning again and again and after some time thing submitted or created.
I am used to run different projects at the same time, with similar tasks to complete. Could it be possible to duplicate a project?

]]>Hello,
we have many recurring tasks which are basically the same. Is there a way to clone existing tasks?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,

]]>Hello Support,
The plugin works awesome so far, just few things that need to be fixed I’ll probably mention in my next topic as suggestion.
Currently I am still on the plugin testing and I found that the plugin is giving error when I try to download the file attached to the comment. See the below error that I am receving while downloading the file.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type() in /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-content/plugins/taskbuilder/includes/admin/attachment/wppm_download_attachment.php:25 Stack trace: #0 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-content/plugins/taskbuilder/taskbuilder.php(95): include() #1 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-content/plugins/taskbuilder/taskbuilder.php(89): WP_Taskbuilder->wppm_file_download(3) #2 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(307): WP_Taskbuilder->wppm_check_download_file('') #3 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #4 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-includes/plugin.php(474): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-settings.php(587): do_action('init') #6 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-config.php(76): require_once('/home/...') #7 /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-load.php(50): r in /home/public_html/jobs_portal/wp-content/plugins/taskbuilder/includes/admin/attachment/wppm_download_attachment.php on line 25
Looking forward to your response asap.

]]>Great plugin. Thks.
Is there a possibility to have a Gantt view?
]]>I am testing your plugin. In your visual you say “Discussion” – please explain as I cannot find any discussion area in the base plugin. I have checked out the email notifications – but thats not really “discussion” as in being able to comment and “chat” about tasks.
Thanks
Your new plugin sounds awesome – do you perhaps have a roadmap of future improvements that you have planned?
]]>This looks like a fantastic new plugin! But one thing that is missing for me is the ability to control permissions based on user roles. Is this something that could be added?
Here’s the permissions available in some other plugins:
Create/Edit/View projects/tasks
Create/Edit/View others’/unassigned projects/tasks
My specific use-case is with a BuddyBoss (BuddyPress + bbPress) site. Id like to allow users to have full control over their own private projects and tasks (viewable from tab in their profile) as well as allow Group Organizers and Moderators to create Projects/Tasks, while Group Members can only see and maybe edit tasks. These group-permissions are dynamic – they change for each group.
Project Panorama seems to have excellent access control, though it has a lot of other features that don’t suit my needs. https://docs.projectpanorama.com/knowledge-base/user-accounts/
