Hello,
has anyone here an idea how to pre-write the description in a task always with a standard text?
Thank you

Hello,
I was wondering if you could explain to me how to change the priority from numbers to words. For instance, number 1 to Very Important!!
Thank you very much,

I will add the “unmaintained” tag to it soon.
Developers, you can fork it on github if you like.
]]>We are attempting to use Taskfreak in a club situation. Not all our members have a windows environment. Some use Apple. And this is where Taskfreak goes wrong. When the members attempt to enter a task, upon trying to use the drop menu to select the project, the whole WordPress site disappears, all bar the drop menu itself and the background image.
This is what it looks like on a members’ iPad:
https://kunstpost.eu/management/communicatie/issue/
And there the Taskfreak process stops, so the member can add no tasks.
When I creating a project and select custom user role it saves but can’t find that project. If I use built in user role it work good, but for my purpose I need custom roles. Can it be fixed? Thanks.
]]>Hello,
My website is multi-site website and this plugin is working on the network admin site but not working on other sub-websites. i check all roles and capability but still not working.
]]>Trying to start working with TaskFreak by setting up some projects. However, even though the saving is confirmed, when I go to the list, the project is not there. The list remains empty.
So I cannot get started with TaskFreak. ??
]]>Hi,
How to notify people that they have been assigned a task?
especially If people dont have backend access.
thanks.
Could you please tell me how do I change the language? Thank you.
]]>Pls no more task, project created with wordpress 4.3.1.
]]>WordPress version: 4.4
TaskFreak version 1.0.18
– Fresh install of WordPress on website.
– Changed theme to ‘Twenty Fifteen’.
– Installed TaskFreak through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
– Added [tfk_all] to a page called “Projects”.
– Added 12 projects in TaskFreak (all are ‘In Progress’).
– Trying to add a task (filling in every field), and clicking on “Save Task”.
The tasks is not saved, and “Oops! That page can’t be found.” is displayed on the screen. The URL after saving the task is: …/projects/?proj=8&edit&noheader=1.
So, everything works, except saving/adding tasks.
What to do?
]]>I’m wondering if you can edit or delete the comments you might make by mistake under different tasks or if you have to stare at them in eternity? It would be great if they turned up under comments in the wp-admin area.
I’m also wondering if you can change the editor because it’s a nightmare to write something on mobile devices now with the way the “cursor” jumps around and the copy/paste barely works.
It seems like the editor turns quotation marks into & quot ; as well which makes links useless, possibly when you switch between visual and text.
]]>The content displays fine on my PC, but the project/tasks fields are not populating on my Android phone or iPad. It just reads “no projects”.
Any tips?
]]>Hi,
I have a strange effect here. I can add projects through the back end. They show up in the back end and they also show up in the front end under “projects”. However: I can not create a task and assign it to the newly created project. The drop down menu in “tasks” only lists the initial two projects I created.
Any idea?
cheers
Torsten
First off, how do you delete an attachment that has been uploaded in a task?
Second, I came across an issue where attachments were uploading to the proper folder fine, but the url was pointing to a month in the future. I did do an update on the TaskFreak plugin as it was a couple versions behind and now it seems to work fine. In order to fix the “broken” attachment links I just donwloaded the files via ftp and uploaded to the folder the url was pointing too. I am not sure if you have seen this issue before or why it happened. Fingers crossed it is fixed.
]]>Hello,
I just install taskfreak but i don’t find the menu Taskfreak anywhere in my site..
The shortcode in the page is working. So i have difficulties to add the first project and see the list of project in the backend.. I can access the setting page from the link in plugin lists.
Is there something missing in my installation??
perhaps this is an add-on to the shortcode development but it would be good if one could limit the output so, say, the details about whom the task allocated to was not included? Also, if I add [raw][/raw]
I get a [/raw]
added to the end of the post.. maybe it is something my end…
Hello Herve
Nice program and the only one that i love in this category ! ??
But i do not know why, i’ve tried to install it again on my little blog but i can not create projet (only in administrator), seeing projet with other USER / role… I tear my hair !!!
I have 3 roles: “locataire”, “proprietaire” and “CS”
In config pannel, i give access to “CS” to all topics (project access, task access, etc…) When i’m going with an USER with “CS” role, in his pannel i can’t made new project, i do not have button ??
When i arrived to make a new project with administrator USER, i can’t see this projet if i’m not administrator.
What can be the problem according to you ?
I’m on WP 4.1.1 and the last version of your plugin 1.0.17
Thank’s again for this work and your help…
Thierry

Looks like some kind of encoding problem, can this be fixed?
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello,
network activate lets create projects and tasks in main site only but individual activation per site lets you create projects properly.
How can I calculate total number of projects created in my multi-site installation?

]]>Hi there!
I’ve just installed your plugin on my WordPress instance, and it’s now diplaying the following error everywhere. Also breaking the layout of the dashboard. It dissappears after plugin deactivation. After a quick research via duckduckgo it seems to be a problem with the code.

Hello am unable to edit the project status, am on a mac and tried safari, chrome and FF.
]]>Bonjour,
Je suis sur WP 4.0 English, mais souhaite utiliser votre plugin
en fran?ais.
Je ne vois pas d’option pour positionner cela.
Pouvez-vous m’éclairer ?.
PM.
I am using TaskFreak with a site running Commons in a Box (and therefore BuddyPress). The front end listing of tasks and projects through the shortcode is very spread out across the page, so much so that it is almost unreadable.
I have tried using the [raw] shortcode around the [tfk_all] shortcode, but that does not make a difference.
I think the problem could be an incompatibility with WordPress 4 as the plugin works fine on a site running WordPress 3.
