I am using your plugin and want to disabled the font awesome which added from the plugin. How can I do it?

I am getting the following errors when attempting to activate my license:

cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: demo.tcsesoft.com
cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds

I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin, and it still does the same thing.

My provider let me know a hacker is inserting code into the header.

Is there anything that can be done so my provider doesn’t have to worry about this issue?

I installed the plugin and started getting these two errors. Have you seen this problem before, and if so, what do I need to do about it. I set a special order of the team members in the backend but the members are not displayed in the right order in the frontend. In the backend the order is still ok.

I selected for some members hover pictures.. in the backend in the settings they’re displayed, when you get over them with the mouse. But in the frontend they won’t be shown.

I am using the plugin from 2020. Yesterday our site was unreachable. I disabled all plugins through Filezilla. Then I manually activated all the plugins. After activating the plugin Team Member – Multi Language Supported Team Plugin our site becomes unreachable. WPAdmin is not working anymore.

When I disable all plugins through Filezilla the sites workes again. Second time after activating the Team Member – Multi Language Supported Team Plugin the site becomes unreachable again.

Is this a know issue?

I need to update the PHP Version to 8.x, because my hoster will deactivate v7.4 in a week. But your plugin “Team Showcase” isn’t compatible with PHP v8.x. Can you please push an update, otherwise I have to find another plugin. Thanks

The page does not load.

All of the sudden the images on my site in the plugin are no longer aligned in the center but instead are aligned right and cut-off. Nothing has changed in terms of my coding and use of the plugin. Not sure if this is an issue with the latest update of the plugin

I been using your plugin for a while now and it is been going great. However, It started acting up recently.

When I edit/load the page, it gives me an Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string * int in /home/amdt/demo.amdt.ca/wp-content/plugins/team-showcase-supreme/output/common-output-file.php:135

I did some research on the following error; I think It is related to the higher PHP (8.0 +)due to “A non-numeric value encountered”

The plugin works only after reloading the page.

When I bring up the page for the first time, the shortcode content does not render. After hitting refresh / reload on the tab, the page reloads and the shortcode content renders as intended.

Why does it not load properly on the first load of a page?

I am having a problem with the license. It says it has activated but does not activate the pro version. I have tried clearing the cache of WP and browser, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin

For some reason the directories again are not showing up in chronological/numerical order. They also are not showing the contact information that is listed on the back end of the plugin. The suites are listed in the proper order on the backend as well. Please advise how to fix this as I have tried reaching out to the webhosting company already.

I purchased the Team plugin and loaded the license. I got a successful message and cleared my cache both on the browser and on the WordPress side. Still doesn’t show to be the pro version, and all pro version settings do not work. Deleted the plugin and repeated it and still got the same result. I have attempted to message, live chat, and email. Does anyone have any ideas?

Seems like a bug in the software/plugin, my license disappears from the pluging on WP i have clear cache and re done several times and it just wont save the license number even though it congratulates me adding it… therefore my site no longer shows the slider … FRUSTRATING as this always happens..

Everything has been fine up until now, when suddenly I appear to have lost all my purchased features, my website now no longer shows the hover images or the “more details” links, and one of my pages was completely messed up. Since upgrading, the shortcode no longer displays the plugin.

I’ve attempted both site chat and web site form for support and have yet to hear back.

i can add license back but it keeps disappearing, this is frustrating
