i have some team groups, everything was working good until the update. now the page is displaying for each team group the same team members which are not even from the same group

I have used your system for several years and am very satisfied. But today I see that all my 120 members are gone when you updated the plugin. For me it is a disaster as I have to start all over again and we are talking about 60-70 hours of work. How can I save this???

Team showcase isn’t loading content on iPhones and Mozilla Firefox browser. Works fine on Chrome. Issue is coming in Divi theme. Please check and rectify the issue asap.

I can see the image is being “cropped” due to a max-height of 240px being defined….but I don’t know where to change this? The team layout limit of 240 only effects the listing of all contacts – it doesn’t effect the single user view….

Can anyone advice where to correct adjust this?

How can I wrap the title in an H3 tag? In layout builder, I added Wrapper STart and Wrapper End around the title and added ‘h3’ as the wrapper id in Wrapper end. But when I save and reload it’s gone again.

Also, it looks like the plugin is conflicting with Font Awesome on this page. The font icons are missing in the purple top header. If you go to any other page they show up there.

Only when adding new team members, a 404 is shown when clicking on the members picture.

I wanted to update the staff directories of some school websites. I noticed the “Team Showcase” link was missing from my dashboard. I went over to the plugins and noticed that the Team Showcase plugin was not activated. I never deactivated it. I’ve been using the plugin for years. When I clicked “activate” and went back to edit the staff member list, all of the data that I had previously entered was gone. Does anyone know how or why this might have happened? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I have a team member that is showing up in the wrong category. He is not selected as a member of that category and I can’t figure out why he keeps showing up. I deleted his profile and created a new one and it keeps showing up.

This problem is still happening. When I go to the WP updates page or any page where WP has a “select all” checkbox, it doesn’t work. These are just little UI/UX issues that all go away when Team Showcase is disabled.

There are no console errors happening that I can tell.

I have been using this since the start and I am very happy to use it, Recently I discovered that My theme’s functionality broke after I disabled your plugin. The plugin somehow disabled the Check All Functionality. Link to discussion I am referring to. Also, I am not able to open any post on mobile, But after disable your plugin everything is working fine.

Any help welcome. When changing screen size some of the profile pictures become cropped- makes the head shots not look ideal.

Is there a css code that will fix this or do i need to change the image size?. Note this is not happening on all screen sizes just when screensize is wider in landscpae

First of all, thank you guys for such an amazing plugin.

I installed the plugin and enjoyed it a lot. But recently I faced the problem. From settings, I changed the team member slug to teacher. Then all team member page started creating 404 error. So I removed the team member slug and it’s working again. Even if I type https://nabinagarcollege.gov.bd/teacher/jahangir-hossain on the address bar now, it redirects me to https://nabinagarcollege.gov.bd/team_member/jahangir-hossain

But the website I am working on is a college website. So, when I create a page for a teacher, “team_member” slug doesn’t look great. I want to set it to “teacher”. Is it possible?

I mean, I want to change https://nabinagarcollege.gov.bd/team_member/jahangir-hossain to https://nabinagarcollege.gov.bd/teacher/jahangir-hossain

After updating the Team plugin to version 1.21.5, the Featured Images of the single team members pages suddenly switched from full-size to some cropped sizes. Here is an example: https://www.resourcebasedeconomy.org/team_member/stanislav-aizin/

For some reason, the https://www.resourcebasedeconomy.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/04/stanislav_aizin-1080×380.jpg image size is shown, rather than the full image, which is https://www.resourcebasedeconomy.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/04/stanislav_aizin.jpg

Do you know why this started happening and how it could be fixed? The images were showing correctly before the plugin update.

The hooks were working properly. However, after upgrading the Team plugin to the latest version (1.21.5), the hooks team_action_before_single_team_member and team_action_after_single_team_member seem to no longer be working.

I’d be grateful if you could make them work again or point me to any alternative hooks I could use.

So thats the reason why the image is pixelated.

I have 2 teams on my website – team A and team B – page A i display team A and page B i display team B
Now i would like to display on an other page 1 specific member of team A.
This should not change anything on page A where the complete team is displayed.

i am using the excerpt option to display team member content and wish to have the ability to show HTML tags. at the moment they are stripped out and not displayed on the front end of the site.

to explain what i’m trying to achieve, i want a few bullet points to show under the thumbnail so users need to click ‘read more’ to see the rest of the content. but at the moment there is no formatting, just plain text.

i have already tried the ‘advanced excerpt’ plugin which didn’t work.

Suddenly the page no longer shows all the members of the team. I also tried to recreate the team but without success

This plugin was working until only recently. it was in a grid format, all three members beside it each. they are now, one under the other and scaled much too large.

Under Layout builder > thumbnail > it is set to thumbnail.

Any thoughts?
