From my WP I’ve tried to install a Templately theme but after installation impossible to find my photos, products. All seems completely mixed between Templatelyband my website. I had to restore all the site.
Could you give me some information to integrate templately theme and an old WP website

Hi,
I’m getting this error each time i try to import a starter template whether logged in to my Templately account or not.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/myusrname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/templately/includes/Core/Platform/Elementor.php:290
Ive imported some without problems but it just seems to be a few templates within the same Pack.
any ideas??
]]>We are experimenting with Templately. We imported a Wedding Photographer template. Somehow it got imported three times, and now it shows up three times in the list of templates, under the Templates tab in the Templately plugin dashboard. When I click the three vertical dots on the right side of the row, and click delete, instead of a green checkmark saying the template has been successfully deleted, a big red X appears, and the template is still listed.
So under the Templates tab it looks like:

…and I can’t delete any of them.

]]>It used to work just fine, but now every time I try to open Templately, either from the WordPress dashboard or Elementor edit page, it displays for a few seconds and then the page just goes white and it doesn’t load. I’ve tried deactivating, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.

Several days ago I created my account (Tuesday or Wednesday) and since then I have not been able to verify my account, simply because when I click on the verification email that is sent, I am directed to the page that informs expired link; I request once again to send the verification email and, again, the answer is expired link. Until when?? This “bug” can disrupt the application and the work of all of you.
Ah, a suggestion: since wordpress is for the world it is very important that on these support pages or on your machines there is a translator “script”. I sent an email a few days ago reporting this problem and unfortunately the answer was: “Hi there, Please write your query in English so that I can understand and help ya out.” And the problem goes unresolved, harming so many other people.
Help me please !!!
