Is there an easy way to migrate all the data of the Easy Testimonials plugin to Real Testimonials, including converting categories to groups?

We had a site that experienced a redirect hack to a pornographic website. The attacker was able to get the redirect script on the site by exploiting a vulnerability with this plugin. This needs to be resolved ASAP

Hi, so far so good! BUT I’ve tried everything I could think of to CENTER the display but without success. It looks good in PREVIEW, but it looks like the preview width is aligned LEFT with a static width.

What code should I use to center this on the page footer? Using a widget.

I only want 3 testimonial entries per “slide” but even if I select 4, that doesn’t change anything, it looks even worse. So 3 is the sweet spot for me.

The slider does not work. It shows on the preview when creating/managing a view. But does not display on the frontend. Just a blank screen. I tested it on a new page and without using elementor. Still does not display.

Plugin is working fine on the home page, but on an inside page https://burns.identitydentalwebsites.com/testimonials/ it is not working and returns this error in the console:

TypeError: TestimonialSwiper.autoplay is undefined

Interested in getting the pro, but seems it is missing key features.

1. I see adding custom fields on the edit page of a testimonial, but those fields do not show up to add them on a form.
2. Can custom fields be added?
3. I want to create 2 different testimonials for 2 separate type services, is that possible? I can separate them by groups but looks like all testimonials will show up on a single view on the admin area. so I will have to filter the entries. is that correct or is there a better way.
4. can there be 2 separate forms for the 2 testimonials for the 2 services

The filter buttons are arranged in alphabetical order, is there any function code or any method that I can change the order. They don’t work for me in alphabetical order.

I would like to be able to change the direction of the slide transition so that it scrolls vertically rather than horizontally.

By default we only have the choice in Slider control of direction “right to left” or “Left to Right”. Is there a way to change the orientation?

For the review form, can the customer upload multiple images or just one?

When using the PHP 8.2 version, WP 6.2.2 and testimonial-free plugin in its latest 2.6.6 version, it throws some deprecated warnings, wondering if there is work considering that issue.

An example of the warnings thrown:

I would like to use a testimony that has more than one paragraph. It doesn’t seem to allow for a space, br, or paragraph css. How can I separate paragraphs?

I have an issue where there is a large gap at the bottom on the testimonial slides.

The issue is present even when the pagination bullets are disabled.

All slides are the same height as the one shown (for testing), so I would expect there to be a much smaller gap.

I can’t even seem to fix it with CSS, as the height looks to be applied automatically.

Setting the “Adaptive height” setting fixes the issue but I don’t want that functionality as it will push the content down when a larger entry is displayed.

Can you help please?

Our web developer recently installed the “Real Testimonial” plugin on our company website and noticed that it automatically generated a sitemap called “gs_testimonial-sitemap.xml“. However, when I tried to submit the sitemap to Google Search Console, I received an error message saying “Sitemap could not be read”. When I checked the URL of the sitemap, it returned an HTTP error of 404.
HTTP Error: 404 – https://scgroup.global/gs_testimonial-sitemap.xml

After some research, I realized that this sitemap was not generated by my usual sitemap plugin (Yoast SEO) and I’m not sure how to remove it or prevent it from being indexed by search engines. Can anyone help me with this?
Questions: Is it possible to noindex or delete this sitemap from my site? If so, how?

I encounter problem with mobile view. Text stays the same as in desktop view, there is no reflow.

I am using Otter editor and Blocksy theme. The challenge is when I set section width to “Full width” and section column to 1200 px, there is no reflow in a mobile view. If I keep section column value empty, it works, only the problem is the text is way too wide. My temporary solution is to keep section column empty and change text to fit the screen (shorten the lines). But again this is just temporary because it is not the nicest reflow.

I know, this question was asked before, but we too have the Problem, that it shows two times on our StartPage. We included the slider via Shortcode.
That works fine, but right before the Footer section – there is the slider again.

We also disabled Autoplay and some things in the Settings, but nothing changes. We have no caching on logged in users. So this isn′t the Problem here.

I had this plugin installed on six websites, using both Divi and Astra. Updating to the latest version resulted in a fatal error message on every site until I disabled it. The only common thread is all sites are using the latest versions of WordPress.

Using WooCommerce Storefront theme and latest version of Real Testimonials. Using either the shortcode or the block, the view is displayed twice: once “blank” and once correctly. Depending on the size of the view this leaves a large space above or next to the correctly displayed view.

Thank you for a great plugin! I wanted to check with you if I can add different categories of testimonials in different parts of the website. For instance, testimonial for Product 1, testimonials for Product 2, etc. Is this possible under the free version or do I need to buy the premium version?

I have never had an issue with this plugin before, however a new error has shown up. On the homepage of my site this plugin is fine, but on all the inner pages (link to one above) the reviews are now scrolling to the left across the images and other page content. Looks rather bad and “broken”.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Scroll down to the Referencje section. That is using Real Testimonial plug-in. I am using a generated shortcode – [sp_testimonial id=”660″]

slider buttons don’t work. did at some point.

Current version of WP: 6.0.3
version of Real Testimonial plugin: Version 2.5.1

Any help would be appreciated to fix this. I don’t see anymore wp-admin to change slider buttons or try something else that might work.

Slider COntrols on Manage View has autoplay turned on but I don’t see that working.

Plugin is displaying testimonial slideshow as a single column of multiple testimonials instead of a slider/carousel. [sp_testimonial id=”485″]

I tried turning off all other plugins. Restarting the testimonials plugin. Switching to Twenty Twenty Two WordPress theme. The issue is the same every time: Swiper is not defined in jquery.min.js ver 3.6.0.2. This is in the WP Includes directory, so I am not sure how to resolve this issue.

I have just updated from version 2.5.3 => 2.5.8

Upon updating, the formatting of our slider has changed: We had been displaying 2 testimonials, one per slide.

Now after the update, slider is showing both testimonials on one slide, and this is not responsive.

Hello there, after a recent update of Ocean WP theme and the Ocean Extras, the plugin has now stopped showing up with the short codes.

Both the free and pro versions seem to have this issue, We sent you a support email as well.
