Hello I recently added your plugin to a website of our client and i can’t seem to make the testimonials/shortcode work. I have placed testimonials on the plugin but they are not viewing, is there any steps that i missed out?

Hello all
I have the free version for a simple page in which I will have a selection of shortened testimonials at the top and long versions below.
I have made a shortcode for the short ones for the top using the “Include” filter for a list of short testimonial IDs.
I have made a second shortcode for the bottom “Excluding” this same list at the bottom.
The Include one works fine for the short ones at the top
But, for the long ones, the Exclude function excludes testimonials in the admin preview, but then includes them when displayed on the page.
I, therefore, get two slideshows of the short ones.
Any ideas? Thanks for any help

Hi,

The slider only shows when I am logged into the WordPress website, when i log out, it does not show

So I’ve added a few testimonials and some of them are made up from 2 or 3 paragraph with breaks between them. They all look ok under Testimonials content but when displayed under Elementor widget, all paragraphs are combined. How can I fix this?

It seems you haven’t activated the Testimonial Slider and Showcase Pro plugin that you purchased. Please activate it alongside the free plugin.

I did activate it but I did not activate it alongside the free plugin. I had deleted the free plugin.

I cannot re-install the free plugin (as shown in the video instructions below) because I am told that it is already it has already been installed.

What are the next steps to resolve this issue?

Since I updated to 2.3.1 my Elementor Image Carousel Plugin is displaying images way outside the webpage despite changing any settings or deleting and recreating the Image Carousel.
Only deactivating The Testimonial slider corrects the issue.

Is this something introduced in the latest update a week ago?

With activation it removes the bullets from an elementor advanced slider and break functionality. Once disabled the bullets are displayed in the advanced slider again

All work well but i am having issues with punctuation placement as they are all over the place, for example i put the exclamnation mark at the end but it is showing in the middle and same with the full stops.

On my website, I have a Table of Contents auto-enabled for when a page has two or more headings. However, I can overwrite it by including something like a [no-tos] shortcode on the particular page.

On this testimonial plugin, it includes a table of contents, and I don’t see any way to disable it (i.e. there is no option in settings, and no way to enter the no-tos shortcode). Any ideas?

Also, I can’t seem to be able to edit the font size of the person’s name who wrote the testimonial. Presumably, this should be the “author name” part of the “styling” section, but regardless of what I set the font size to, it doesn’t change anything. Likewise, if I change the “weight” to bold, it doesn’t change anything. Any ideas here?

Is there something that I need to do to stop having this error continue to log? Or is this something that the plugin needs to take into account and update?

I am looking to use this plugin, but is there a way to have no images in the reviews? Either paid or free version?

Reason is that I don’t think it is suitable for images for the author to be used on my site, and I would rather just the text and name who posted it?

in between lines 130 – 170

this way users can enable the gutenberg editor via a short filter in functions.php

We have two users (Admins) on the website, and I have entered 32 testimonials but the other admin can’t see these testimonials in the admin. They can only see the single entry they have added. How do we both get to see ALL testimonial entries in the admin?

i use the plugin with testimonial quotes that take more time to read than the time span length between transitions. i know how to set transition speed, but where can i set the time span’s duration between the transitions?

SOLUTION: in ShortCode/Layout/Autoplay Timeout enter the desired value (10000 in my case).

I’m using the testimonial slider plugin and facing a little issue.
On desktop it should show 3 testimonials on tablets it should show 2 testimonials and on mobiles, it should show one okay I set the settings like this but it’s not showing the testimonials cards right on desktop it is showing 2 proper testimonials and 2 half testimonials, in tablets it’s showing 1 testimonial with 1 half testimonial in mobiles it’s not showing correctly at all.
plus how can I add navigation arrows?
plus when the slide ends it leaves a blank space i dont want this kindly check the page and let me know how to fix it

The developer console shows a lot of errors due to http requests on a https site.The navigation buttons don’t render properly due to this too. I don’t see a setting to change this, but I’m happy to tweak a bit of code myself if you point me in the right direction. Help?

I’ve been asked to fix an issue with our testimonial slider on our home page. The testimonials used to be white text without a color background. It was noticed that they have been black on white backgrounds. Simple editing within the plugin are not yielding any results. I saw a snippet of code on another similar post, but that did not work for me.

Any adive or help?

The testimonials are working fine on the url that I shared. However, after running updates on the staging server, I get an error message in the block:
“Your site doesn’t include support for the radiustheme/tss block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.”
This is a pretty simple site, without many plugins. Do you have any idea why that error is displaying? I’m worried about updating wp on the live site. Thanks!

After updating to the current plugin version, I am seeing color issues with the testimonial slider on the home page. The settings are exactly the same as the slider on the “KUDOS” page, yet the home page slider has a black background that shouldn’t be there. How can I fix this? Thank you!
