Stumbled across this plugin when I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but it solved my issue perfectly.
Using it as a very simple way for a client (with no wp knowledge) to update price tables via a very minimised admin panel, without having to contact me.

I’m using Text Replace to add common links to my posts and it’s working great. No more do I need to look for all the links when I want to update them or change them – now they’re all on the TR page and I can change dozens of links with a single click.
And I don’t need to insert them either, just add the best practice colons (:Text to replace:) and voila, I know exactly where I’ll have the links and where not.

Unfortunately my posts disappeared (no content, no title) after running this plugin on wordpress 4.0 (which was not tested by the time I ran).
So be careful with 4.0, take backups

I tried to replace HTML code for image paths with:
