One of our clients has reported an issue on their website. Whenever they edit a page or post, they receive a notification with the message ‘undefined’.
After some testing, we found out that the notification does not occur when the Themeflection plugin is disabled. Do you know why this problem is caused and how we can fix it?

After the newest update (3 days ago) there is a transparent background failure – every number section has a gray background and do not response for any option changes or page reload. The same problem is with “Numbers Section Title” function – it does not response and always show the title. Before the update everything worked fine.

When I open the plugin page, I am able to add a new set of numbers, but when I edit it there is basically nothing displaying on the page. There is a little error on the right side of the page saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”.
I also troubleshot the issue by disabling all of the other plugins on the website and the error persisted.

]]>The plugin doesn’t work on mobile (the numbers don’t count but they stay static at the final number) plus on mobile they are not centered on the page.

I have some feature suggestions for the TF Numbers – Auto Increment Addon that if you guys update I will purchase for each site that I have…
There’s any way to add a option to instead of just let us “increment Daily By” also let us “increment by each X days”, “increment by week”, “increment by month”, etc?
I mean, your plugin works only for “increment Daily By” so if we set a number example “10” your plugin will increase 10 each new day right?
This is not good because all users that access our site regularly will see that it is automatic and the site has some type of robot adding these numbers and saving…
And another unique feature suggestion would be let us to configure a range of numbers example X to Y and let we use this ranged option in some counters.
I will show bellow some examples with these features so you guys will see how smart and complete this addon will look:

Today if we set to add example 1 in this counter tomorrow the site will show that the company has 11 years, next day 12 years, etc. Totally fake right? For this reason come the first suggestion:
We can configure to add “1” each “year” and will fix the problem

A lot of company can’t get new customers each day, so using the same suggestion above we can set to update this counter each “week” right?
But now that comes the best part… instead of add a fix value we can use the ranged feature that I mention before. Example, we fill the initial range with value 1 and the final range with the value 30.
With this configuration the addon will add a random number between 1 – 30 to this counter each week. Example: this week maybe the addon will add 5 new customers, next week 13, next week 22, next week 9, etc…
I am sending this suggestion because I have not found any wordpress plugin that currently does this in the market

]]>We are using TF Numbers with the Counter Animation addon and it works great. The only problem is that it crashes the Network Admin on Multisite. That is, when TF Numbers is active, our Network Admin is completely inaccessible. Renaming the tf-numbers-controls folder brings it back up.
