Hi,

When i login as an Agent, i got this error notification: “Ooops! Something just went wrong with the last operation. Please try again later or contact the administrator.”

I tried to make a test chat through different browser, this plugin still working but with no sound notification. This is starting to happen from the last two/three days.

The latest update completely locked me out of the admin area and left me with lines of error code on my front page related to the Casengo Widget. As I could not log into my website I was forced to remove the Casengo Widget via ftp.

I an not a techie person so can not tell you what is wrong with the widget and as my site is live I have no option but to remove it until there is a solution.

What could be the cause of this problem, everything was working well until the update.

Great plug-in. Just wondering whether I can change the logo that appears next to the chat fields. I was able to change the general logo that appears at the top of the Support field (via General – Logos), but that does not seem to alter the logo that is displayed when I chat with someone.

When I click View Image Info, I get a “gravatar” location (https://www.gravatar.com/avatar….” – can I change that?

Is it possible to use Casengo chat without having to enter an e-mail address?
I don’t want users to have to provide personal information, i.e. just a name, NO e-mail address when they require support.

My ( wordpress – powered ) site requires all users to login first. Can Casengo automatically associate the person I am chatting with with their username if they are logged in?

At 2 different accounts the button label changed today just to ‘contact’ and any editing of the text in the setup of the plugin won’t change the button label text anymore. Any ideas?

Hi all..

From Casengo Widget options (on wp-admin) i can select some colors schemes.
But how can i make my own color for contact button?

Tried from casengo .php to add an option theme and change the value but cant insert RGB neither HEX.
