Please Help! My login in my sidebar just disappeared. I searched for it in my admins but its nowhere to be found. I even looked in widgets and it’s not there either can you please assist me to get my login back?

AND operator doesn't work in conditional statement

AND (&&) operator doesn’t work in widget area’s custom conditional statement. For example:

!is_page(730) WORKS
is_page() WORKS
BUT
!is_page(730) && is_page() DOESN’T WORK

1.1.5 makes site crash

After upgrading to WP 3.8 “Widget areas” gives a fatal error at the back end and makes the front end go blank.
I deleted all other plugins (on a test site) and when trying to activate this one plugin… Game over
