Allow to change the home page source (static page, last posts) separately for current theme et theme in preview.

This would be very useful when you switch from/to a theme using a builder.

A reflexion the menu item shouldn’t be located in settings

– since this is about theme, menu item should be in appearance
– on the other side, it could be considered as a tool, so it could be move into tools
