This is a wonderful plugin! Quick question though — is there a reason why some of the template files would not show up to be duplicated?
I’m using a child theme and am trying to duplicate my parent theme’s front page template. Though I know it exists, I can’t find the front page template when using the plugin, so I’m unable to duplicate it. Am I missing something?
Thanks very much!

I’m currently using Theme File Duplicator with WordPress 3.5 and it works, ok. However it has a really annoying quirk. Theme File Duplicator does not identify any of the custom page templates which are part of the theme. So, when it is time to duplicate a custom page template, I have to start by duplicating some other file, then copy/paste the information out of the original page template I wanted to use.

Searching Forums indicates creating Child Themes are the way to go about this but my host is doing this as a favour and I don’t want him to have to put in additional work. Also takes a long time to get a response. I thought the ‘Theme File Duplicator’ might be an alternative way to go – is this possible or do I still have to set up the initial Child Theme through an FTP before this plugin becomes useful for me?
