I can′t add adresses at all. WP 6.6.1 and Breakdance Builder.

I have added this plugin and showing multiple shipping option on checkout but I am not seeing those shipping address on order detail in admin?

Firstly I would like to thank you for this plugin, I am using the latest version with flexible shipping plugin and fluid checkout plugin, in fluid checkout muti-steps layout and while the customer is logged in when he change the shipping info to a different one than the one saved already in his account and also when he choose a different addresse from the dropdown and when adding a new adresse, the shipping methods list doesn’t update and show the additionnel shipping methods related to the new address (country, state).

In guest case, the shipping methods list does update and show all the methods related to the new selected country so the problem is only occurring when the customer is logged in.

Plus when the option ” Same as shipping address” is checked, billing to address [the select value] doesn’t change when I change the shipping address.

When I disable “Multiple Shipping Addresses for WooCommerce (Address Book)” the checkout work correctly.

I’ve tried adding the free version to test it before I buy pro but it does not work at all. Everything is exactly the same on the Cart & Checkout pages. I’ve created multiple test orders and tried all setting for the plugin. Is it just not compatible with the Blocks version of Woo checkout?

I installed the plugin but I do not see where I can add a new address. I am logged in as a customer and I would expect to see this in Addresses.

But I dont see add an extra address here. Where can I find this?

In the demo, I expected an intuitive experience like in the Crosspeak plugin, where there is a dropdown list of addresses including an Add New Address option, but no.

When I place an order, then go back through Checkout, my address is not remembered.

I am not getting what the demo is actually about, but I am looking for the Google Autocomplete feature.

The plugin page talks about enabling settings for multiple shipping or billing addresses, but the demo is not an Admin demo, it’s a frontend demo

Is there some part of the demo that shows how it works like the Crosspeak one?

We are looking to have the word ‘shipping’ replaced with ‘delivery’ across the website (My account dashboard, cart-checkout process). How can we replace it in the elements added by your plugin? General Woocommece hooks seem to only modify the native Woocommerce elements

Whenever I attempt to add a new address at checkout, the address form comes up properly, however when i select a country two state drop down selections appear. If i select a state and click save, it does save but now a second country selection appears at checkout

I’m confused about how this plugin works. I want my customers to be able to send items as gifts to multiple people. For example, if someone orders 3 gift boxes, they need to be able to send 1 gift box to 3 different addresses. Is that what this plugin does?

I installed the free version of the plugin with the Astra free theme – no real customization yet. This is a basic out of the box Woocommerce site in a development environment. When I activate the plugin, I do not see the checkbox allowing me to specify multiple shipping addresses. I checked your demo site and it is there. Can you give me some ideas? Is this because there are no addresses in the database yet? If this is the case, does this mean that the customer has to enter shipping addresses in their account BEFORE going to checkout? So this would mean that they could not checkout as a guest and ship to multiple addresses? Does this work the same in the paid version of the plugin?

How can we make the plugin work only when a certain shipping method is selected? For example the local pickup, it does not need the shipping address form

Hi! Plugin has been working great for us. But now we changed to the more modern “Checkout” block in gutenberg. When using this block instead of the normal “[woocommerce_checkout]”, the link / button for the multiple shipping address is gone.

Maybe there is a shortcode we can use here, or is there something else we can do to still use your plugin together with the new checkout?

I am working on a wholesale website. Currently, for users, I want to import around 50 address which they can choose from when doing checkout.
Is there a way to bulk add all addresses.

Is there a way to not allow customers to add new addresses in the checkout page? I would like to be able to store addresses in the backend per customer but not allow the customers to add new or alter addresses.

Our non-admin users are constantly spammed with the notice to give a review. They can click the x to close, but it keeps popping up again. If they click “Already, Did”, Maybe later” or “Nah, Never” it says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”. Please resolve this highly annoying situation. We are using the free version.

I would like the address line also to include the first and last name fields from the billing addresses form fields I fill out at the beginning of each address line in the dropdown list because I act as a cashier and place orders for several people with different addresses. Do you have a snippet to enable this? Would be nice if it was a selectable option.

Using the “Checkout Field Editor” plugin (by ThemeHigh) I added new fields to the billing and shipping addresses.
These new fields are not taken into account by your plugin. Is there a programmatical solution to save and restore those fields as well?

Hi i’m trying to understand why your plugin is not saving my shipping address from checkout on my website.
From what I understand, natively woocommerce saves from the checkout the last used adress in the user meta . You prevent this and add the last adress to thwma_custom_address meta, is this correct ?

On my website if your plugin is not active the address is updated in my account page.
But with your plugin active the address is not updated in user meta and the address not saved..
Could you explain me how the function set_first_address_from_checkout works ?

Does the free version allow you to save the new ship to address prior to checking out? Within the demo, I see a blue “Save Address” button after I choose to add a new address in checkout. However, within my test environment I’m not getting that. It only saves the address after I submit the order.

I have tried this on two different WordPress sites running WordPress 5.9.2 and woocommerce 6.5.1. I am using the Elementor Pro child theme. At checkout, the option is given to send to multiple addresses, however, you cannot add any addresses at checkout or through the profile section.

Is there a simple way to change the background colours of the SELECT ALTERNATE BILLING ADDRESS button and SELECT ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS button in the Checkout page? I note that other Multiple Address plugins allow this but yours does not, even the PRO version does not. Maybe put this in a future update? Please could you advise on what CSS I need to add.
