Hi!
Upgraded to the latest Ele and Ele PRO., it seems that OrbitFox, even if enabled in the backend as “plugin” and present in Wp side menu, is not anymore in the elementor list of widgets, the whole Orbit group is gone and removed from my pages.
Any idea?

]]>Noticed a popup recommending Neve as a great theme ??
But we are already using Neve, with a child theme. Maybe Orbit Fox can check if the child theme uses Neve as base before displaying that popup.
Also, in themes, a “why are you leaving us” questionnaire is displayed when switching from Neve even if we are just switching to a child theme. Not sure if it can be suppressed.

I cannot turn off or change any of the Orbit Fox options using the little purple slider buttons on the right. I am trying to turn off the privacy policy but notice none of them currently work. I get “Could not activate module. Please try again.”
I’m using the latest version of Orbit Fox, latest version of WordPress, Hestia theme and have also tried the Orbit Fox roll back but that had no effect either.
Any idea what could be causing it? Ty!

I have built my site using Orbit Fox and Hestia. I need the WooCommerce plugin to build the shopping, cart, and checkout portions of my site. When I installed the WooCommerce plugin, my site completely crashed and I got the white screen of death. I was able to recover after deactivating all plugins in phpMyAdmin. After much trouble shooting in my staging site, I learned the issue was an incompatibility between the Orbit Fox and WooCommerce plugins. Each time Orbit Fox is left Active, my site crashes when installing WooCommerce. (Yes, I tested all of the other plugins. I also deactivated all other plugins and just left Orbit fox active and my site would crash when installing WooCommece.)

There seems to be some issues with my site.

Any idea on how to solve this? It has been months without being able to use OrbitFox on my site. I read a couple of topics with similar issues but the other error messages I saw looked kinda different, so I decided to open a new topic. Sorry if this has been previously solved.
BTW, it is the only plugin that throws an error.
Thanks in advance!
]]>Dear sir/madam,my wp site with Hestia theme keeps getting an error and is therefore not available. I increased the memory size in my php ini file already once, but the error keeps coming back. Also I tried different php versions. On this plugin support forum I saw more people with a fatal error.Would you be so kind to check? Not sure what I need to do.
