]]>Hi.
Please, do a favour to people, and people’s time.
IN THE TITLE, and in description, write, that this plugin is obleste (not just a bolded sntence under the description), but completely remove this plugin from repository too, and in readme/description, tell, that we should use “plainview activity…”, as i have wasted many time installing and testing this plugin, and have suddenly viewed the message that this plguin is obslete.
so, think from peoples view, and do a good job to people. and remove this completely.

]]>Hi,
Could I suggest the option to store failed logins, but without the password? I think it’s important to log failed logins, but I think it’s dangerous to log the attempted passwords in plain text.
If the user has accidentally used a wrong password, but from a different legitimate account (i.e. tried their email account password instead of their WordPress one) it leaves the user open to abuse.
Thanks,
Tom

]]>I am using WP 3.7.3 (not an option in the above drop down).

Notice: Undefined index: latest_login in /Users/Shared/WebServer/malode/wp-content/plugins/threewp-activity-monitor/ThreeWP_Activity_Monitor.php on line 1016
Under the “Login statistics” column, some users have last login times (e.g., 1 hour ago), some say “No login data available,” and four of them have blank entries in that column.
This is not a problem, just a nuisance. Hoping the developer will see this report and look into it.
Thanks!

This makes me think it’s a plugin fight. Tomorrow I will check the rest of my sites. If you agree it could be a compatibility issue, I can see which plugin(s) all erring sites share.

]]>I love ThreeWP Activity Monitor (TWPAM), but it fails to work properly if you’re also using Better WP Security’s (BWPS) “hide back-end” feature.
BWPS has an option to hide the back end data tables by appending a “secret key” generated by BWPS. The key is shown to the site administrator on the BWPS settings pages. This secret key needs to be added to any other plugins’ calls or links to wp-login.php, otherwise the plugin will not be able to read various data tables correctly, and this appears to be the case with Three WP Activity Moniter.
Does anyone know how I can manually add the BWPS secret key to ThreeWP Activity Moniter (TWPAM)? I haven’t found a clear or direct reference to wp-login.php in TWPAM’s php or other code files, so maybe the call to wp-login.php is compiled dynamically…? Any suggestions?
Fyi, here is the basic info provided by BWPS about this issue:
Keep this key in a safe place. You can use it to manually fix plugins that link to wp-login.php. Once turning on this feature any plugins linking to wp-login.php will fail without adding ?[the key]& after wp-login.php. 99% of users will not need this key. The only place you would ever use it is to fix a bad login link in the code of a plugin or theme.
Thanks for any ideas.

I’ve been using this plugin for awhile with no issues, and maybe I have no issue now…but I’m not sure.
The plugin has been detecting some brute force attempts to guess the “admin” login password from around the world, and I haven’t seen any attempted logins lately (hopefully because my security measures are working!).
To double check whether ThreeWP Activity Monitor is still working, I tried logging in with a bogus admin username and password, and my login was rejected, but the attempted login was NOT RECORDED by ThreeWP Activity Monitor!
The monitor is still showing when I properly log in and out, but it seems not to show my own bogus login tests. Is it somehow not recording those things because it knows what IP I’m trying to log in from? Why would the failed logins NOT show up in the Activity Monitor? It’s only showing my successful logins and logouts.
Thanks.
