I would like to add a feature:: the possibility of uploading files to imgur and using them in the site library to add them to the article and add them to the favorite image of the article
In other words, I prefer to use imgur as a cloud host for photos
These are some of the old additions that used to do such work

I know I can use the code [thumbnailgrid post_type=”product”] to show all woocommerce products and it works just fine. But what if I want to display a single product category?
]]>Is it possible to move this shortcode on the sidebar as a widget? So I can have all the posts of a specific category as a grid of thumbnails on all the relevant posts.
]]>Just a note: there is no need to release a new version of your plugin if all you are changing is the ‘tested to’ value.
The only thing you need to do is update the readme.txt file with the new ‘tested to’ value. Then upload that to the repository.
A version update is not needed. Just changing the readme.txt file does not require all of your users to go through the update process.
]]>Hello,
I’m using this in a post page, so I’d like to know how can I configure this to display 8 posts in 2 rows and 4 columns.
And also how can I hide the post that I’m at?
And how can I deactivate the masonry style?
Thanks
Hi,
I see the Pagination extension is no longer offered. Does this mean there is a shortcode to enable pagination? And are you still updating this plugin?
thanks
]]>Since updating to WordPress 4.7, the thumbnail grid on our homepage no longer shows up. It worked great with all previous WordPress versions.
]]>Hello! Thanks so much for making this plugin! I’ve been having an issue where, on mobile, the images for the grid show up as these mini little thumbnails, despite what I put in the layout settings. I tried also making them larger using css but they just don’t seem to “obey” any coding I put in, anywhere. Do you know what might be causing this? They are just fine on desktop.
Thanks again!
]]>Hi,
thumb grid works well on main language but after I duplicate content for the second language, it does not render any grid.
Hello Adrian,
Thanks for such a nice plugin. I am wondering why my images not auto fitting in thumbnail. I am not adding any width and height in short code but still it is cutting to images from left and right and not showing auto fit images. Any help would be really appreciate.
Thanks
]]>It is possible I add the date to the thumbnail?
]]>Hi, I’ve placed the following code on one of my page:
[thumbnailgrid post_type=’portfolio’ aligngrid=”center” order=’RAND’ category=’8′ posts_per_page =’4′ showcaption=FALSE]
Despite I’ve added the “category=’8′” bit, the plugin shows all posts regardless of what category they are in.
I’ve tried using “cat=’8′” instead, but no luck.
Also the random order doesn’t seem to work, but that’s another issue.
]]>Hi Adrian, I have a vague memory that I used to be able to sort the thumbnails randomly in the grid? Can this still be done, and how?
Thanks!

]]>Hi
I have bought the pagination extention and just installed it. It works fine but I have a question. The older entries is shown on the left and newer entries on the right.
I would like to make it so both links are on the left with the older entries on top and newer entries on bottom. (As it is with older posts/newer posts)
Can you tell me how I can achieve this?
I tried to contact you through your website but I got an error after sending a message through the contact form.
]]>Hi
I have the same problem somebody had a while back of the grid showing centred on one page and not on another. I tried the solution given in that thread but no luck.
these are the pages

any ideas?
]]>Hi
Thank you for the great plug in , I’ve just installed it and it is exactly what I was looking for.
I see from an old post that there was an extention for pagination but the link does not work. Is there a working link to this extention? I need pagination for what I’m using this plug in for
Thank you
]]>I’d like to be able to
[thumbnailgrid cat='31+33' posts='10' type='post' order_by='author' order='ASC']
Basically I want to pull items that are in Both categories, not just one or the other, but that are categorized as both. I’m using this for some scheduling stuff where I want Sponsored Seminars (31) and Monday (33). Not just sponsored seminars and Monday items showing up in there, but ones that have both categories.
Possible?

]]>Hi,
I have installed the plugin but I don’t get how to use it. I have browsed through this support forum and I guess that we need to input one line on the page to indicate which posts/pages we have to use to create the grid. But where do we get the instructions to know which to choose? (I have also tried with some lines of such code I saw here and there, but it did nothing).
Also, just to make sure I understand, this plugin take the featured images of posts or pages, create thumbnails and list them in a grid format (+ clickable to the actual post/page), right?
Any help would be appreciated.
]]>Hi,
I’ve installed and activated this plugin in my WordPress Sight theme. However, I can’t see the plugin in my dashboard panel and don’t know how to add the grid to a certain page.
Anyone can help?
Thanks!
]]>I tired entering 20px and that didn’t do anything. So I entered 2 (as in 2 lines of text?) and it shows the full caption which sometimes is three rows!
What am I doing wrong?
[thumbnailgrid cat='21' height='180px' width='180px' posts_per_page='999' captionheight='2' wraptext='TRUE' orderby='rand']
You can see it here in the Desserts:

]]>Ciao Adrian,
First, thanks for all of the additions to the the gird to make it more flexible – I just couldn’t figure out how to do it via stylesheet and gave up. I’m glad you didn’t!
Second, I’m putting various pages of my website through the W3C HTML analyzer and I realized none of the images in the grid include alternative text for an image.
I hope you will consider adding this to your next update.
THANK YOU!!!
Ciao,

]]>Hi there… I concur with everyone else, this plug-in is great!
Can it be arranged that upon clicking on the thumbnail that the post in question opens in a new browser tab?? I’m using Chrome and it replaces the current window….
Thanks. Joe
]]>Hi there,
Awesome plugin, finally I’ve found a way to display my posts and portfolio that works on mobile too.
But, how do I change the title styling? I want to remove the limit on title length, and I want a larger font.
How do I do that?
Many thanks!
]]>Hi!
I just started using this plugin and it’s great. I was wondering if there’s a way to add the category title and the date to the title area.
I’m wanting something a little more like this:

Or this:
]]>I’d like the thumbnail grid to display only the thumbnails themselves. Right now they show the thumbnails and underneath, the title of the post.
I don’t see any settings specific to this, so where might I find the code to remove them, and how should I go about it?
Thanks so much!
]]>I want to show two thumbnail grids of ‘project’ blog posts on my page: one for *past* projects, and one for *current* projects.
Each project blog post has a custom ‘end date’ field.
Is it possible to specify in the thumbnailgrid shortcode that only posts with past / future end date must be shown?
I know how sort based on that custom field (using orderby="meta_value_num" meta_key="project_end_date" order="DESC"
), but I could not find a way to filter based on it.
Thanks a lot.
I bug was briefly introduced into version 5.1 of the plugin and thumbnail grid settings were being ignored. Please update to 5.2. Thanks!
]]>Hey, love your plugin! After the newest update today, “post_type” is no longer working to filter the thumbnails by my custom post type, “Child”.
My shortcode was working previously. I’ve included it below.
[thumbnailgrid post_type=”Child” cat=”19″ captionheight=”50px” aligngrid=”center” height=”300px” width=”300px” orderby=”title” order=”ASC”]
Thanks in advance!
