I’ve recently started using Ticket Tailor for my dog training workshops and classes. It’s simplified everything! I no longer need to spend time emailing clients, trying to match bank payments, chasing for payment. Tickets are bought, money comes in! Easier to use than others I’ve tried, I like that I can personalise the booking form, clients emails and add my terms and conditions. Definitely sticking with Ticket Tailor!!

Our monthly comedy nights have been made that much easier to run because of how easy Ticket Tailor has made things. Set up was easy – event pages look great – and integration with Stripe was simple and efficient.
On top of that the low fees mean we keep more of the ticket price that we would if we were on Eventbrite.

I’ve been using Ticket Tailor for my First Aid course places for a few years now, having moved from one of the mainstream providers. Much easier to manage, very responsive to questions and much lower costs.

Great value for money, and excellent customer service – please don’t change Ticket Tailor as you grow! I also really love the easy user friendly interface, and it’s super simple to put events up quickly. The one drawback is using Stripe. I would rather have ticket payments embedded into the website.

Showing an iframe via a shortcode without any decent options to customise the look (besides basic colours) and with a terrible UX is completely pointless.
– the fonts don’t match the site
– spacing, padding etc. cannot be changed
– once clicked on an event from the listing, there’s no signposting of how to get back to the list
– event images cannot be shown as thumbnails in the listing
– event descriptions cannot be shown in the listing
– the event organiser name always shows even though the embedding is likely on that organiser’s own website!
– button style cannot be changed to match the website
Since you’re understandably charging a commission on sold tickets, there’s no justification to force your branding (logo + backlink) to the embedded content.
Only reason for giving 2 instead of just 1 star: the shortcode works.
But that’s the lowest bar.

Using Ticket Tailor has completely changed how I produce and sell my shows! In the past I was just selling tickets on Venmo and PayPal and many of my customers did not feel very comfortable just sending money out without getting some sort of ticket in return. Ticket Tailor has filled every need and in the last 10 shows where I started using this service, I sold everyone of them out and had no complaints!

I switched to Ticket Tailor and was amazed how easy it was. The site is accessible with clear instructions. I chose TT because, first, they were low-cost – important to a not-for-profit organisation like mine – but this does not mean they are low quality. Absolutely not. I get the same service from the high-priced platform I left, in fact better. With my previous companhy they did not pay fees until after the event and then I had to wait for another 10 days. Ticket Tailot transfer the booking fees to our bank account instantly. Another plus is patient, knowledgeable customer support. I cannot recommend Ticket Tailot highly enough.

After looking at alternative online ticketing solutions we were initially drawn to TicketTailor by their competitive pricing, but they have proven to be great. Their platform is stable, easy to use and very customisable. They even offer a charity discount on top of their low pricing! We weren’t sure about choosing someone other than the brand name for organising events online – let’s call them Shiny Events – but TicketTailor have met all our expectations.

The plugin is not free (prices start with 25$/month – see here https://www.tickettailor.com/pricing/) and in the home page of the plugin is never mentioned this fact. I think it could be very misleading.

Ticket Tailor is great. It is simple to set up and operate and the help and support from Ticket Tailor is first class. It is really cost effective because there is no per ticket commission, just a one off price depending on how many tickets are to be sold per event.

Yes the plug-in is free – but you can’t use it without paying fees. I am sure its a good solution, but I feel deceived by installing it and having to take it out once I find out its cost. We have a once a year non-profit event that we sell up to 1000 tickets in 5 months prior to the event. That means we have to pay these guys at least $375 to use it for 5 months. Not a solution for me.

First you have to create your event listing on the Ticket Tailor site, which is pretty intuitive. Once you’ve done that, this plugin makes embedding a booking form on your site a breeze.
The booking form is customisable, in look and feel, and in asking particular questions if required. Place the booking form straight into your WordPress website with a shortcode, and you’ve got a single page booking solution. We integrate our bookings straight into a Mailchimp list so we have a comms channel for all the people booking on our event too. Brilliant!
We have used Ticket Tailor for several years now to sell tickets to our local choir’s concerts, and other musical events, such as choral workshops and gigs. Pricing wise it is an excellent solution for events with a large audience – it is amazing value and easy to budget. We have probably had less than five customer issues in the last three years. Highly recommended.

Ticket Tailor makes it very easy to create events and ticketing as well as customizable discount codes, easy-to-import widgets and even allows you to change your subscription level in between events in case you’re not producing year-round. Ticket sales are deposited directly to PayPal so there is also no wait time to receive your earnings. Very user-friendly all around – I am beyond happy with Ticket Tailor and highly recommend them!
