Hi Im using WP 6.3.1 with Gutenberg shortcode. I’ve tried it several ways, I created a new page entered the shortcode, made sure i was logged in. Cant get it working. Can anyone tell me what i’m doing wrong? I have a Client and project in the system.

Got those error after I install the plugin

Can you help me look unto it?

I’ve added a client, a project. I get the timesheet to load on the front end (although the date is 1/1/1970) and even when I change the date to a current one, the date boxes don’t populate with dates.

I can add hours in the hours boxes, but when I submit, I get: You appear to be updating a timesheet which does not exist.

Additionally, when I “update” the page containing the [timesheet_entry] shortcode, WordPress says “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”, but the page DOES reflect the updates. I deactivated every plugin one by one and the only one that is making this happen is Time Sheets.

It begins the install process then fails.
I am using query monitor and I get the error:

I have installed the plug in and created new client. Do they have to log in to the system in order to complete the timesheet or can they do this via the link above.

Also it says to add a client name, I have done this but cannot see how to get this name onto the page. I have one client and they need to fill out the form weekly. I cannot understand what I am doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There’s a bug in settings.php, line 721. $options[image_upload_path] is missing the quotes, which causes it to fail to load the rest of the page (including the save button)

So far it looks like this timesheet plug in is great!

One requirement I have though, is to be able to generate a report of all the timesheet entries for a particular user over a particular period of time.

So, I’d like to get a listing of the date, the amount of time spent, and the notes.

Is such a thing possible?

I keep seeing the following message: “Settings changes are needed for the time sheet application. Please verify settings.” but it has no link or explanation as to where to go to fix which setting?

As far as the shortcode, I am trying to use on a page. The url is <baseurl>/timesheet. So for the relative path I put “/timesheet”, but the shortcode does not ever work. It displays as text instead. I have a feeling this is really due to whatever is causing the message in the previous paragraph.

I have installed timesheet on the latest wordpress 5.4.2 however it has two issues:

1. Approval Teams’ menu is not available. In the documentation it is asking me to set up a team in the second step.
2. Error message is comming on all the pages -“Settings changes are needed for the time sheet application. Please verify settings.”

Hi, I have just added the latest version of the plug-in. But it is not allowing me to add new Clients or Projects and telling me I have no permission. I have tried with 2 different admin accounts.

As I said before Very nice plugin! I am getting an error “The link you followed has expired.” when trying to save a new Timesheet. This is only happening when trying to use the plugin via shortcodes outside the dashboard. If I submit a new timesheet using the timesheet wp dashboard it does work successfully.

But I really need to use the timesheet plugin outside the of the dashboard?

Hi, I’ve added some clients en project for these clients, but when I try to ‘Enter Time Sheet’ I’m not able to select a client or project. On the ‘manage clients’ page I don’t see any clients. But when I click on ‘edit client’ I’m able to select the clients. So the clients seem te be saved but I cannot select them.

I’m the admin and I’ve given myself permission to manage- Approvers, -Invoicers, -Client managers and I’m in an approval team.

Im after a little simple copy. without clients as i am looking to use it for my staff to clock the hours they have worked over the mouth. To be able to track work loads and payments.

Or do I have to some how set up as “the business” as the client and a project just called “work” to get around this ?

Also then it loads on the page its above the website and also in the page part. Iv disatived it for now but going to give it a 2nd go in the morning when its not 1am and my eyes hurt haha

When a candidate submit weekly timesheet it does not send email to employer. Emails are not working for timesheet plugin.

hello i have user role as candidate and i have used short code [time_sheet] on one page based on role the menu display. My problem is candidate is not able to see client and project name on timesheet in frontend

I use PHP7.2.2, WP latest.
Also get on front-end the message: Settings changes are needed for the time sheet application. Please verify settings. But what is to be set is unclear. Message stays at top in front-end.
Hope you can fix those issues soon.

Hello, I really like this plugin. I have been testing it with the team and we have noticed that the subscribers are able to view, but not change, the completed time sheets of the other subscribers. I have not given them any permissions. Can you tell me how to change that so that subscribers can only view their completed time sheets.

Also is there a way to keep the daily notes section but not the additional information on the time sheets.

I’ve installed the Timesheet plugin and it looks great but I have no options to add clients or projects – I’ve found the permissions lists but that’s all I have?

I’m completely stuck and really need a tutorial or some assistance.

Please help as, functionally, it’s not usable right now.

The Add New Client and Add New Project hyperlinks are not showing that should allow me to use the plugin. This plugin is useless as is. Not sure if there is a conflict with other plugins that have similar functions or not.
