Does Timeline Express support PHP 8.3?
]]>After installing en setting up a timeline on one of my pages, everything on the back-end seems normal (all works and I see a functional timeline). When I open the page on the front-end, I get a critical error and the page won’t load. When I deactivate the Timeline Express plugin and then open the page on the front-end, all is okay.
I don’t know how to fix this.
Seen on the page, Timeline Express structure is not properly set. What can I do?

]]>We are trying to check all our plugins before changing our servers to PHP 8 and I can’t find any documentation about whether your plugin is ready to PHP 8. Can you confirm it has been tested and is good to go?
]]>If you follow my other entry you’ll see we were incorrectly charged 5 times for this plugin because of a PayPal Pro error on the Timeline Express Pro website. It said “This transaction cannot be processed” but it in fact did charge us each time. We never received the license or a receipt. We asked multiple ways for our money back. Tracked the plugin owner down on Slack and can verify they are active there. Still no refund.
Notified WordPress and they said they aren’t in the habit of removing plugins that are no longer being developed even though I informed them there seems to be no support and our money was taken.
Beware.

A client of mine is very happy with the pugin, I’m developing it on my server at the moment, but had 2 requests from them.
The first is can the icons left and right be closer together rather then the next icon always being below the one on the opposite side.
The other is more complicated.
The have a lot going on and rather than one long timeline, they would liek to have the timeline have announcements that bundle projects up by date, then when you click show more they can then see a timeline of all the projects between those dates.
So rather tha like I said every announcement from the last 10 years being on the timeline.
They like to create category announcements I suppose which could be 2001-2002, 2002-2203, and so on, and its these announcements the visitor initially sees.
Then if they click one of the date block category announcements they get to see a new timeline but this time only showing the projects that have been added to that date block announcement.
Hope that makes sense.

We recently upgraded to Pro, but seem to be experiencing glitches. I have emailed 2 times already but not received a response, so hoping to find an answer here.
When trying to show multiple timelines, the options do not appear in the shortcode generator. I have created 2 timelines, and allocated events to them, but cannot make them appear on my page.
I have been trying for ages to simply get my 2 different timelines to appear but cannot seem to find an answer. Hope someone can help.

]]>The timeline icons are not displaying. Tried clearing cache & regenerating CSS as well as the usual troubleshooting steps but their still missing. It was definitely working in earlier versions of the module. Not sure how long it has been since it stopped working as I don’t check this site too often.

It should be

but its only a div without classes.
No HTML on title or text. If I only change the month it works.

The timeline only shows 10 events. Is there a setting that controls the number of Announcements?
Also, the icon dropdown is groked. The entire list of icons is shown as a column, and navigating it is nearly impossible. I’m running WordPress V 5.8 and using the Extra Theme from Elegant Themes. The latest version. But these issues were appearing using other versions of WordPress and other themes. Same difference. All Messed up and no way to go in and change it that I can see. I guess I’ll have to change the code myself?
I sent in a ticket for help, thinking maybe I’d upgrade to the Pro version and maybe that would resolve these issues, but I don’t want to spend money on something that fails.

We installed the a new timeline. Not all of the announcements should have a read more button. I tried do set the setting to read more visibility – hidden. It doesn’t work. I tried to flush the cached. Unfortunately there’s an error message: The HTTP forwarding status code must be a 3xx forwarding code.
Does someone have the same problems? Is there any script ore someghint? I need your help.
