Like others who’ve previously installed this plugin who’ve attempted to use this on a post and/or pages using “insert javascript” plugins. I was unsuccessful. Positively little to no support by the Tint team on the wordpress forums.
I’ve even tried their html embed code generated from their site to no avail.
The plugin definitely attempts to allocate screen area for the feeds, but absolutely nothing displays.
The only thing that works out of the box appears to be the widget.
It’s clear that this plugin has not been really been vigorously QA’ed. Hope future releases aren’t such shoddy releases.

Plugin is really awesome, but in a respensive theme how can i decrease the number of columns like happens in tint official website?

Not going to try this plugin for obvious reasons.
First, there’s Rebelmouse that has much better integration and a reasonable price tag. (www.rebelmouse.com)
But if you want to have total control, then try Social Stream by DesignChemical. For $14 USD you can be your own boss…

Recently added this plugin to a client’s website and it’s his favorite feature. He loves the way it looks and that he doesn’t have mess with anything other than his posts. It has a few very minor quirks, but I have faith those will be fixed and this plugin will just keep getting better. I wish there was a Google+ feed, but maybe that’s coming down the road.
No conflicts with my theme (Elegant Themes/Chameleon) or any other plugins in use: W3 Total Cache, BPS, Jetpack.
You need at least 4 posts on each social media page for posts to feed to your site. So if you are setting up a brand new facebook page, or whichever, add your posts before you add the social media page to Tint.

I’ve been fond of using Tint’s website by itself, but the WordPress integration is fantastic. Really easy to setup and it’s very flexible. Looks great in my sidebar, especially since I can import my Tint transparently without a background. Seamless.

I’m fairly new to wordpress, but have tried about 150 plugins in the past year. You know how it goes – searching google for recommendations & reviews, looking through the WP plugins repository, installing 3 or 4 different plugins before settling on the best one for your needs, and then spending a couple of hours customising the css to get it looking & working perfectly on your site.
Well, not with this plugin, and I’m so glad that I stumbled across it ! You simply signup at their site, add the social media feeds that you’re interested in, generate the customised ’embed’ code for your page (like google maps) and paste it into your site – very simple ! And you know how with most plugins, when you first activate them you groan at how they don’t quite behave how you wanted, and how poorly they integrate with your theme ? Well not with this ! Honestly, I published my page with some trepidation, only to be surprised at how good it looked and how it behaved exactly how I wanted, first time !
OK, that’s the praise over with, but this is still in beta so there are a few minor niggles.
Firstly, it’s not immediately clear how to add a twitter account that’s not yours (despite a helpful popup tip on the site, I didn’t quite get it at first).
Secondly, if you make the default display size too wide for your page, then nothing displays at all. No big problem, and better than breaking the site, but this did fool me at first.
Thirdly, it is a little slow at loading – but of course there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes here, plus the FB/twitter feeds I have linked to are image-heavy, so this is to be expected.
Finally, this is a premium plugin that is free whilst in beta – I hope very much that the authors can continue to offer this basic service for free (for small & non-profit websites). Will be happy to pay for fancy templates and 24hr support once our sites become a success ! ??
Thanks for all your hard work on this plugin – it really does seem to be one-of-a-kind – both in what it does (excellent integration of social media streams into WP) and how it does it (simple account setup, and excellent appearance without hacking any css).
Keep up the good work, and I’m happy to be involved in any further beta testing or development. Meanwhile, I need to go & tell some friends about this plugin … !

It is great to finally integrate my social feeds into my website. The process was a lot easier then I have originally anticipated, and the design is great! Love it!

What an easy tool to embed all my social feeds into my site. Love it!

I tried this plugin. I registered, then attempted to set up Facebook. The facebook page I called has very little on it but there was an endless wait for the system to call it up. Any facebook with any real content might take hours to load. Three boxes appeared; first a box with “tint”, a second box which seemed to be an ad for Tint, and a third box with some content. Editing was not intuitive and there are no help pages. The included tool tips are extremely basic. I then installed the plugin and activated the widget. Nothing happened. I pasted the code into a page and after a wait a message appeared that Tints servers were down. This might work eventually but I’m looking for something straightforward and that works (I know its Beta). It also looks like it won’t continue to be free.
