I’m using WP 3.6 in a multisite arrangement with wp e-commerce 3.8.12 only enabled at the site level (not through network dashboard), and when this plugin is enabled, it adds additional
tags to the Appearance > Menus > Title attributes and breaks some custom dropdowns I have written with javascript that calls the menu title.
If disabled, saving the menus, and then re-enabling the plugin, situation is corrected

Help?

WPEC 3.8.8 changed the id of the additional description DIV, so the plugin didn’t work with it. I’ve fixed this, added two bits of CSS so that it looks nicer, and did a minor change to the JS. My changed version is attached below.
However, I noticed another problem for which I have no idea how to solve. It’s this: if the main description area (not the additional one) of a product edit is in “Visual” (WYSIWYG) mode, then you click the “HTML” tab, then close the window/go somewhere else, then open a product for edit (or add a new one), this edit window already comes in “HTML” mode, as WP remembers the last mode you used, the same strangely also applying to the additional description area. Then, if you click the “Visual” tab to change to WYSIWIG mode, it comes empty, without the TinyMCE bar nor any area available for typing.
The workaround is simple: reload the page. It then comes in WYSIWIG mode with everything working. But as soon as you switch to HTML mode and leaves, it happens again.
Well, here’s the changed code in diff

Hi
I love the idea of the plugin as wp e-commerce is so woefully under-featured but it doesn’t seem to work quite right.
On the product page it shows all the formatting/styling as expected but wont respect paragraph or line breaks which leaves me with the same “huge block of text” problem as before (why they never included some sort of excerpt or “more” style functionality is beyond me).
On the cat pages it wont show any of the formatting at all when you expand the additional description.
Any ideas what’s up? Someone mentioned a cforms issue which i have run into on other projects but i am not using that on this site (not many plugins at all and none seem to be causing a conflict).
many thanks
James

I’ve activated the plugin but it is not appearing in the Additional Description.
Could this please be fixed for the latest version?
Thanks in advance!
