Uploading images to the media library does not function properly.

That’s the reason we installed it. It would be highly appreciated if future versions addressed this issue.

The lack of support is also unexpected, especially considering it is a paid service.

It better to use online jpeg compressor tool.

The whole point of tinypng is to minify images. People upload images while creating posts. This plugin does not minify images uploaded during the normal workflow, and thus doesn’t do anything you can’t already do by just going to tinypng.com and compressing your images.
