Hello! When I redirect to another page I get a 404 error, it doesn’t do the 301 redirect. Any solution?

I have install your plugin but for some reason there is no redirection . for example i created a link with https://qr.libver.gr/uv0md . It should redirect to https://catalogue.libver.gr/iguana/www.main.cls?sUrl=search#searchTerm1=”ΑΓΙΟΝ ΟΡΟΣ [ΤΟΠΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ]”

Greetings – When creating a link and using the QR code generator, the links are not getting tracked.

Is there something else that needs to be set up?
