You have a working menu in the backend, and it reports correctly it is connected with proper keys inserted… But that’s where it stops doing anything after that. The only thing that works on the front end is displaying the widget title and “OFFLINE” regardless of the streamer being online. I have tested this with 1 channel individually and 3 channels using the syntax provided in the docs channelname,channelname,channelname. When I tested the single channel I actually had the channel open on the windows twitch app listening to them while the plugins wouldn’t even show the single channel or even if it was online or offline. What I’m using this for is to show the status/video of 3 streamers per widget, widget says it’s not connected but backend says it is. I have 40 people to display and tried to set these up 3 at a time. when all it did was display the widget title and Offline even though they were all online. Really, all I need is just a working display of online/offline that isn’t limited to 1 person in a semi-fixed position like the streamweasels plugin. I was hoping to use this one plugin to replace 3… all from streamweasels. Unfortunaley I can’t even repurpose code from codepen because everyone on the planet decided not to update their code for Helix. current page shown above has the widget loaded twice. using widget to page/post plugin so I can display them within the page and not a sidebar. I’ve tested with both the shortcode provided by the widget and shortcode provided by the widget to page/post plugin. Same results either way.

As of v3.2.4 it says no streams found. Double checking the settings the api IS connected and correct stream pages are listed in settings but widget just lies to me…

I have 40 club dj’s to support now streaming on twitch and would like to be able to customize which 3 streams are shown on different pages but not always the same 3. Maybe something like 3 random from a list. Is this possible?

Fix: Streams couldn’t be displayed after the last plugin update

Sadly that fix is 100% inaccurate, it’s actually the opposite of that.
The latest update (3.2.2), I have that exact issue, which I didn’t have before.
When I rolled back to the old version (3.2.1) the plugin started working again.

Good afternoon, when activating the option – First video, other images, the video is not displayed. just an empty box is shown with absolutely nothing. The image option is correct although it only shows the ‘offline’ image.

A few days ago, Twitch sent out some information email regarding their API.

We are currently investigating this and see what we have to do with our plugin to support the new API requirements.

I wanted to ask if you can write the cache interval from hours to minutes? After an hour it takes far too long if the stream goes online or offline so that it is automatically hidden again.

I today try this plugin i want some streams on page wht lang/game parameters.
For Example i want Dark Souls games CZ/SK.

1) Not all game’s yet? DS3, Sekiro, DS2.. but there’s not Dark Souls Remaster and many similiar games. Will be added soon? Or can i somewhere manually add proper game?

2) On list is for example Dark Souls II. Sotf, but won’t show on my page (no streams), but in this time on oficial twitch streams are 3 streamers. So it’s need to be fixed.

Shows offline even when online. Pretty much this. even while online it still have “offline” written there

Hi I’m very new to all of this, and I’m sure I’m missing some easy step. I am trying to add a short code to by broadcast page to stream on the front end. I’ve added the code with the user but nothing shows up on the page. I’ve bought the premium option, and all of my credentials are active. Any help?

I’m agreeing with the post here in that the API is not in the place that’s being referenced to find. I have found other things such as stream keys and what not, but if we truly need an API for this plugin to work, it’s proving very difficult.

Hello the live preview is not for me.
Whenever I select the function, it automatically jumps back to the preview image.

It seems twitch changed how they give out API?

I have added the widget to the page, and pasted my channel name, but when I load the page, no parts of the widget are there. Even inspecting the page shows no coding of the widget is there.
