I tried a few flash embedders and Top Flash Embed is the best so far. The plugin is aware of the library contents, autodetects the size, the code is placed exactly at the cursor. I don’t know yet how to add captions and to make it so the text wraps around the swf file, but so far it looks like very good job, thank you!!

Flash tried to embed, but nothing appeared/played on post.
I’ll just use embed codes, e.g.:
