I used this plugin from about 6 months & worked very well.But now this plugin can’t work & shows error – “Cannot process this image because maximum execution time out! Please increase max_execution_time in php.in to fix this”
Please guide me how can I do this? Thanks

This week it was generat an error: Cannot process this image because maximum execution timeout ! Please increase max_execution_time in php.ini to fix this.

In my php.ini is set: max_execution_time:3600

This week a “Service can not established” error appeared.
“the graph does not appear and when clicking to optimize the images a red X with error is generated: “Whoop s, looks like sometging went wrong”.

I already installed but the error persists. Until last week it was working normally.

I recently updated the TP optimzer ,wholeday running still 37% no change at all, before my version 1.7 i have no problem to optimized any image..

Unable to compress the newly added images.The plugin simply says ‘Service cannot established’. Is this a problem only for my website or the service is down?

So I have 3,3000 files.I had run this before and it quit at 37%

I ran again last nite for 12 hours.

Conpress originals turned off

This morning, it says errored out..still at 37%

but under it, it says..3,300 files out of 3,300 files complete

after refreshing screen several times…still says 37&..all the individual files below are unchecked

is there not a simpler way to shaw info.. don’t need a graph that takes 3/4 of screen..

Lost as to if this thing has worked or not.

Reporting issue with the Dashboard Screen Options / Help inside the post editor.

I noticed that I was unable to access the Screen Options or Help when I was inside the post editor screen.

What led to this was all of a sudden my post editor had the majority of option turned on, the editor screen was suddenly very long as every possible option was turned on.

Clicking the Screen Options or Help button did nothing, no response.

I have the Divi builder load up in the Post Editor screen as well, but most times I don’t use it or activate it via the Divi Builder button inside the Post Editor screen.

I ended moving entire website to a test directory and then disabled all plug-ins.. (lots, 23 I believe.)

Then I enabled each one by one, going into the Post Editor and trying the Screen Options button.

The Screen Options / Help button worked until I activated the TP Image Optimizer.

I did a few more tries but the moment TP was activated, I lost access to the Screen Options inside the Post Editor. (That is the only screen I tried to open Screen Options)

I have not upgraded base WordPress or Divi Builder or my Theme which is an old Divi Extra. I have not added any additional code anyplace.

Only thing that has happened is normal plug-in upgrades.

Hope this is of use, I would like to keep using the plug-in

Hi, your plugin looks very nice but I have an issue. It stops working very often times. It was blocked at 1.75%, I waited hours to see if something has changed but nothing else happened so I stopped the preccess, then started it again, then it was blocked at 2,42%, then 3,54%… Do you have any idea of what could be the problem? Could it be the large amount of picture it has to compress (654 images)?

I like the new additions in this plugin’s recent update, particularly being able to navigate away from the page while it’s optimising. That said, I have noticed some strange quirks. It now tends to get to ~90% on an image and remain forever optimising it unless you press stop. When you do that, a notice appears below that it has optimised the entire library, even though on the right of the status dashboard there are pending images. When you return to the page, lo and behold there are still images waiting to be compressed… and the cycle goes on like that. I’ve since had to use another image compressor as I’m not getting anywhere with the plugin, which is a shame because it was working perfectly before the update.

Is there a way this can be fixed?

Is that a way (with a cron or other methods) to make automatic task for the ‘Update Image’ button and also the ‘One Click Optimize’? I use plugin who import a lot of products each day (with new images) so i need to optimized it each day. For now, i have to do it manually each day.

Hi, Ive tested the plugin on few minor websites and so far im happy with the optimization results.

Is there an revert option in case we aren’t happy with the results or re-optimize option with better quality?

f.e. if i do “Very High” optimization but im not happy with the result, can i do “Hight” or “Medium” on already optimized images? (is this going to reoptimize the original images as the were before any optimization or will re-optimize already “Very High” optimized images.
Please a bit explanation on this…

Images optimized per your stats but thy are still same sizes on the website.

Does this optimize new images as they come in or do you have to run a bulk optimization?

Is there a way to update this list? “Update Image” button doesn’t have any effect.
