it is not working on my site, can you pls guide. thanks for your support
]]>I’m seeing two images (one on top of the other) when the shop page loads- I guess that’s the original WooCommerce image and the plugin’s one. After a second or so one of them disappears and things are working fine, the image flips as it should.
Looking to solve this issue. Using the OceanWP theme and Elementor page builder.
Thanks!
Hi,
Does this plugin works with toolset?
Thanks
]]>We include some specific variations as upsells and in different parts of our catalog but the hover effect is not working with variation galleries. It just shows the variation image. We are currently using 2 plugins that have the capability to add multiple variation images:
YITH WooCommerce Color, Image & Label Variation Swatches Premium
Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce – Pro
How can we go about referencing those variation galleries to achieve the flip effect for those variations?
]]>Hi! Thanks for the awesome plugin.
In my site it shows duplicae image, when i click the option to remove it, it works only in the first page of each category, from the second page foward it has duplicate images.
I use the wordpress version 6.5.3, is it the problem, do you guys have a prevision to update the plugin to work with that version in the future?
Thanks!!
]]>Hello.
I updated WordPress from 6.4.4 to 6.5.2, and now your plugin dosen’t work. It shows the 2nd image (action shot) on every product, which has more than one image – instead of showing the 1st (product).. And the hover function dosen’t work as well.
Please update your plugin, or help me ??
I’m encountering an issue with duplicated product images on my WordPress site while using the Hello theme with Elementor. After installing the ‘TP Product Image Flipper for WooCommerce’ plugin to enable hover images on my product list, I noticed that product pages are displaying duplicated featured images: one below the main image and one above it.
The plugin provides an option to disable duplicate images and only display the ones added by the plugin. However, enabling this option resolves the issue on the product pages but introduces another problem. The customized product display on the main page, where I’ve created a custom product layout, also disappears.
As a newcomer to WordPress development, I’m still learning while working on this project. If any solutions involve editing PHP files, I would greatly appreciate clear directions on how to locate and edit the necessary files.
It seems that disabling duplicate images affects not only the related products section but also the custom product layout on the main page. Is there a way to resolve the duplicated image issue without compromising the display of products on the main page?
I’ve already checked the TP Product Image Flipper forum, but it seems like the author is no longer responding to questions. Additionally, I haven’t found any other plugin that could provide the flip effect on images while being compatible with WooCommerce related products.
Any insights or suggestions on how to address this dual issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

]]>Is there anyway to stop TP image flipper from working on certain product categories. Some products only want to be shown with a single static image.
]]>The hover image appears to be being generated at a size of 360 x 224, which is not in any of my settings. I have tried using the function code to see if that would help but it didn’t.

function tp_change_fliper_image_size($default_image_size) {

Hello, I would like to translate the plugin into Brazilian Portuguese but it is not in the localization standards.
I created a very basic website with only Elementor pro, the Hello theme, Woocommerce, and this plugin… but it is not working on the Homepage with an Elementor Loop Grid, it just does not swap/flip.
]]>Issue is on apple mobile devices. When you click first time on product then hover image will display and on second click, product page is opening.
Can you please help me as soon as possible?
]]>Awesome plugin, thanks!
Everything works fine, but when I activate WP Rocket’s “Optimize CSS delivery” I see two images per product. This feature has an option for “CSS safelist: Specify CSS filenames, IDs or classes that should not be removed.”
Wondering if I could have Image flipper along with WP Rocket’s “Optimize CSS Delivery” feature – by specifying the CSS code image flipper generates? Or perhaps as WP suggests “/wp-content/plugins/some-plugin/(.*).css”?
Hi,
When I turn on your plugin, image flip works fine but image is not clickable (image hover>customer can see another picture but it can’t enter to single product page when it tries to click on image)
Best regards,
]]>Hi,
When I click exclude duplicated image I still see blank space under product image for 1-2 seconds. Can you please inform me how to avoid that? Web is made on Avada theme.
]]>Hi,
I was wondering if there’s any chance you will update the plugin to meet Woocommerce’s freshly announced HPOS database improvement?
I wanted to test this new feature but I found your plugin listed on the incompatible plugins list.
Any chance for your official response on this issue?
Thanks,

]]>When I deactivate this flip plugin, the product thumb nails disappear when displaying a category and it shows only the title and price with no image. I’m assuming it has disabled the thumb display from the woocommerce plugin and used it’s own flip code and not put woocommerce back the way it was upon deactivation. I’m going to try to re-upload woocommerce to see if it goes back to it’s vanilla state. Stay tuned.
]]>Hello
we are using this plugin its working fine in default template of theme but whenever created new temaplate with elementor stopped working so, what should i do please help me out. Thanks
]]>Hi there,
Since adding this plugin: TP Product Image Flipper for Woocommerce. The sale badge is not showing on the shop page.
I have deactivated it and the badge does show.
When this plugin is activated it does show the badge on the product page, but not on the shop.
Is there a fix to this?
]]>Hi,
The plugin works fine on the Product Archive page, but in the Single Product page clicking on the Thumbnails below the main image does nothing and the Zoom function when hovering over the product image is not working either.
Can you please advise?

]]>Not Working For Flatsome Theme. Please help
]]>I have a store in which the images I use are .webp with transparency and I need that when I hover the first image disappears. Could you provide me with code for this?
Thank you in advance
I tried TP image flip free (to evaluate TP and possibly upgrade to PRO later) on a customer’s site that uses a custom block theme and full-site editing.
Like with another free image flip plugin for WooCommerce, there was no effect at all, not even error messages in the browser console. No additional markup, no additional JavaScript. Not on the built-in WooCommerce product page (“product archive” at /shop URL), not on a custom (full-site-edited) page (using a wp:woocommerce/all-products
block) either.
Do we need to explicitly enqueue some script in our plugin or add classes or anything else?
]]>The image flip doesn’t work – it shows the first and second image both. Sort of transparent two images as one. Noting flips.

]]>I have two plugins installed called ‘Additional Variation Images’ and ‘Variation Swatches for WooCommerce’. On my shop page I have color swatches enabled on shop page and when I click on a color swatch, the image is changed to that variation’s main image.
I want TP image flipper to flip image of variation image with the ‘additional variation images’ of that variation and not with the main product image and gallery image.
Just checking to see if you could give us some help on this one, there is 2 small issues:
> Duplicate images original + TP Product images
> The images displayed by TP Product images are not clickable.
Solution I saw previously is from over a year and a half ago and doesn’t appear to work with the latest versions.
Much appreciate the assistance!
Cheers
]]>Hi,
First, thank you for your plugin.
Globally it works like a charm, but, I have still an issue I can’t fix.
I am using your plugin with storecustomizer too, so I can have extra settings that I could have with woocommerce only.
The hover effect works fine, but the second image, is always visible as a thumbnail under the main image into the product page.
I have disabled in storecustomizer, the thumbnail gallery, and set the number of visible thumbnail to none, but the thumbnail of the second image is still displayed.
I have created a snippet with the code I found on this forum : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/tp-product-image-flipper-for-woocommerce/#post-15444845, but still not working.
Would you have an idea ?
Thanks
The images do not load on infinite scroll when scrolling down the page in Safari on iPhone when this plugin is active. I cannot find any errors in the console or server logs. This is happening in the Astra theme, which is a very popular theme.
Can you help with this? Thanks.
]]>worked grtae .
after i have been update to 6.0 wordpress and elementor
stoped work
Dear TP Product Team,
First of all thank you for the amazing plugin. It works very well.
Could you please provide me with a CSS code for the woocommerce product shop page which underlines the .woocommerce ul.products li.product .woocommerce-loop-product__title when hovering over the flipped image?
For the moment im using:
.woocommerce ul.products li.product a:hover {
text-decoration: underline !important;
font-weight: 400 !important;
display: inline-block;
}
However this CSS also underlines the price (.woocommerce ul.products li.product .price) which I dont want to have as underlined.
Thanks a lot in advance for you help with reference to this matter and keep up the awesome work.
Kind regards
Michael
