I am reaching out because I am currently facing a perplexing issue within the WooCommerce panel on our website, particularly with the tracking section where carriers are listed.Issue Overview:

• In the WooCommerce panel’s tracking section, there’s a carrier listed as “XYY” which is not recognizable. Furthermore, we’re unable to track parcels using this carrier designation.
• While carriers like YunExpress are recognized and tracked without any issues, it’s not the case for parcels associated with the carrier “Evri”.
• As a workaround, I’ve manually updated the tracking carrier to “hermesworld” for parcels with the “Evri” carrier, which resolves the tracking problem. However, this process is not efficient as it requires manual intervention for each parcel.

Specific Questions:

1. Carrier “XYY” Clarification: Can anyone in the community or support team provide information on the carrier listed as “XYY”? It’s not found on the TrackingMore platform, making it difficult to track parcels associated with it.
2. Automatic Carrier Update: Is there a method or setting within TrackingMore or WooCommerce to automatically update or correct carrier names, like changing “Evri” to “hermesworld”, so that the tracking functionality works seamlessly without manual updates for each parcel?

Steps Already Taken:

• I’ve thoroughly reviewed the TrackingMore and WooCommerce documentation but haven’t found solutions or explanations related to the specific problems listed above.
• I’ve attempted various configurations and settings within the WooCommerce panel but to no avail.

Request for Assistance:

• Guidance to understand and rectify the “XYY” carrier issue.
• Assistance or suggestions on automating the carrier name correction to avoid manual intervention for each parcel’s tracking information.

I only have two questions, if someone can help me I would be very grateful

• Is there documentation to better understand how the plugin works?
• In my store it is not necessary for users to register to make a purchase.
  I want to know if a user can track their order if they are not registered on my website.
  I only found the video that they have on the page and it seems that it is necessary to be registered.
  Can you help me ?

Version:1.1.0 breaks woocommerce product edit (visual) mode… no text is visible or editable on existing products.

Disabling Version:1.1.0 resolves the issue, please tell us how to download previous version until this bug is fixed.

so need to check if this plugin can:

1. send customer email with tracking information
2. have a link in the website where customer can see the order status (like we have right now)

Ive been receiving these errors lately, unsure of the cause thereof. After reading many blogs regarding this issue on stackoverflow , i have confirmed that the functions.php file’s is according to the answer provided.

But i still get the following error message:

Like the shopify app has the ability to hide keywords such as aliexpress, china etc. Will the plugin also get that feature as well?

in woocommerce admin order plugin is now showing status image, even if switched on in settings

The plugin breaks the functionality of the Select all checkbox the the Options drawer at the top of the screen. Please fix.

I am just reporting the issue i verified today on a website running on wordpress 4.9.9.
Since last update of the plugin (here running 1.0.5 version) some function is not working at all.
Some example:
– previews not working in Media/Library
– more details of the plugin update
– can’t show the password when adding a new user
– can’t change a product in woocommerce (3.5.2)
– some other function
The homepage always works fine, the issues are in the backend only

I presume the problem should be the PHP library (7.3) working on the hosting (100 Gb) in One.com
When I deactivate the plugin everything runs smoothly

Since your last update on Jan. 10, 2019 the track-more plugin prevents some administrator functions like quick edit, deletion of product images, and more.

Currently: Disabling the plugin fixes the problem.
