I watched the videos etc and used a template for my first form. All documentation I have seen shows styling is included in the free version. However, when I try to change the font, the colors, the background image, at the bottom I have a “Danger Zone” warning and nothing changes. In the “Customization” drop down, Styling has a yellow PRO button next to it. How can it be included in the FREE version, yet inaccessible without an upgrade at the same time?

Can Tripetto enter data into custom fields? I searched for “custom fields” here with no luck but am hoping it is possible under another term.

Recently, I have been unable to save a form when I attempt to embed an emoticon in it. In the past, this was not an issue, thus it’s somewhat perplexing. I’ve been using these emoticons in text and description fields without a hitch until now. However, as of late, the plugin doesn’t seem to allow this. I would like to assure you that I have taken the necessary steps to try and resolve this issue from my end. I have checked the database, server permissions, and everything else that could potentially be a source of this problem. Unfortunately, my efforts have not borne any fruit.

I have attached two images to illustrate the issues I’m encountering. I have tried all possible solutions, but nothing seems to have resolved it. Please could you assist me in troubleshooting this problem?

Default theme, no other plugins involved on this site. The server has been checked by the admin for any errors, including those related to the database and permissions.

Hello, couple of questions:

1. Is there a way to integrate WordPress user registration form in a survey (i.e. user answers the survey and can register to the website as part of the survey)? If not, any suggestion for a workaround?
2. Is there an option for payment as part of the survey? (i.e. users answers the survey and then have an option to fill up payment details (PayPal/credit card). If not, any suggestion for a workaround?

Hi, I changed the survey several times during it. The effect of this is that there are some csv export files – I understand that. Unfortunately, not all surveys are included in these files. Can it be fixed somehow?

Is there a way to see a trend/graph of what everyone’s responses were? Right now you have to click several times to view each response separately. Would love to see a graph of overall responses.

I tried to deactivate and then activate plugin – nothing changed.
Then I tried to uninstall plugin and install it again, after installation I’ve got error on every tripetto page on admin side (tripetto, build form, forms, onboarding):

Have Tripetto on 2 blogs.
1 had no problem so far.
On the 2nd update seems fine, plugin seems to work, but :
When I try to load /wp-admin/update-core [.] php
WP (5.8.1 BTW) now says : “There was a problem activating Tripetto. Please report the following error to support [@] tripetto.com: Duplicate column name ‘settings'”

Tried to deactivate : same
Had to remove the plugin totally…

Hello, I deleted the previous installation and I’m trying to install the plugin again, but this message appears when trying to activate the key.

I am receiving the following alert message when submitting the form data:

‘Your data is rejected.
Unfortunately, your data is marked as invalid and therefore rejected..’

I have deactivated the cache plugin (autoptimize) & tried very basic form with just one mutliple choice input –> same result. Started from scratch with just one question –> same result.

Any idea how to solve this?
