FYI Something in the code of the plugin added between 1.3.1 and 1.3.3 is causing the wpadminbar that editors sometimes turn on when editing content to disappear.
The only way I can fix this is to downgrade back to 1.3.1

Hi, does it work with WPML, or how it will work with different languages?
]]>We regularly update the plugins on my client sites for security.
This plugin was updated 1 hour ago, and we just updated it on site; however when clicking on WooCommerce in the Wp Dashboard, we receive the infamous ‘there has been a critical error on this site’ notice.
Enabling debug gives me the following error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_cart() on null in /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/trust-payments-gateway-3ds2/classes/class-wc-tp-gateway.php:1360 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/trust-payments-gateway-3ds2/classes/class-wc-tp-gateway.php(93): WC_TP_Gateway->update_payment_address_details() #1 /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-payment-gateways.php(97): WC_TP_Gateway->__construct() #2 /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-payment-gateways.php(70): WC_Payment_Gateways->init() #3 /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-payment-gateways.php(43): WC_Payment_Gateways->__construct() #4 /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-woocommerce.php(932): WC_Payment_Gateways::instance() in /var/www/vhosts/mainwaringsfishing.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/trust-payments-gateway-3ds2/classes/class-wc-tp-gateway.php on line 1360
Can this be resolved ASAP, as currently my client cannot access their order dashboard.
like the title says, the subtotal is being sent as the payment amount in the latest version.
See the function “update_payment_address_details”
$order_cart = (!empty(WC()->cart->total)) ? WC()->cart->get_subtotal() * 100 : 0;
Should this not be “WC()->cart->get_total()”?
No discounts are being taken off and the customer is bering charged more than they think!
]]>Trust Payment Option Not loading on checkout page.
Loading Please wait…..Issue Occurs
]]>Hello there,
What was the purpose you are calling the Register button on the checkout page?
In the plugin > Classes > class-wc-tp-gateway.php file from line 1741 you are calling the Register button if the woocommerce settings enable create account function at the checkout page.
I don’t understand the reason behind calling the register button there. Because in general (on all other gateways), when the user clicks the Place Order button, it creates the order as well as a user account.
Now in this scenario user has to click the register button 1st and then click the Place Order button again.
Just in case, if users click the Place Order button straightaway, then they reload the page without payment going through. However, we can see the Order Processing message at the top of the billing info table. That misleads the customer to think the order has already gone through.
As I remember, it wasn’t like that before with your plugin. Not sure the latest update caused this issue. Previously we never saw the register button on the checkout page.
]]>I am testing the plugin in test mode using credentials from https://help.trustpayments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403290773905-Testing-card-payments
The order goes through on the front end but in the order status on wordpress, the order is in ‘on hold’ status and the status message of “Trust Payments Settlement Suspended”.
What does that mean? If I roll this out to a live website is this going to be an issue.
]]>I upgraded our plugin 4 months ago and it had lots of issues with pending payments 85% orders working all settings were verified and correct with Trust, but we only had minor issues with the old plugin and 99% of orders fine so stuck with that old v1 trust payments plugin until we were forced to upgrade.
We need to upgrade this plugin as advised by Trust Payment before the deadline end of this month, but we are very wary as it looks like the reviews are is is still has issues.
Is this more stable now? We were waiting for this to settle down. Are we safe to update this plugin? I have not seen much advanced in terms of a new version or new positive reviews since we last upgrade and if we have similar issues to last time, the client will not be happy.
Thanks
]]>Hi
Where can i find V3 plugin ? Please advice.
Thanks

Hi Guys,
While i’m here i may as well make you aware of an issue clients are facing – now this may be working as expected but website managers are getting spooked by ‘pending’ and ‘canceled’ payments, now I understand there can be many reasons why this would be the case but with no response notes or logs in that order to let the website managers know why a payment failed they are blaming the website and jumping to the conclusion that everything is broken, even though 95% of transactions go through ok.
Are you able to shed some light on this or be able to add notes to the order as it fails. Even if its “waiting for user card input” etc etc just to give them peace of mind as they just see it as a lost sale otherwise.
Cheers
Ryan
Hello,
Clients experiencing an error when trying to delete saved cards from the my account section when using the latest version of the plugin. Works fine on Version 1.1.2
See: https://services.getfoundni.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/IMG_219889290.mov
Cheers
]]>The public function process_payment, starting on line 1136 in file trust-payments-gateway-3ds2/classes/class-wc-tp-gateway.php, does not send a status back to WooCommerce, nor does it send a redirect URL. It also doesn’t mark the order status as complete or empty the cart, as the function in the class it extends, WC_Gateway_Cheque, does.
]]>I reported a number of bugs a couple of months ago. Since then, radio silence?
Is this plugin still being supported/developed?
Sellxed do a nice plugin, perhaps trust payments should look at using that?
THe description refers to a link to setup notification URLs but the link is a 404.
https://help.trustpayments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411254360977
Doesn’t look like this plugin is any good!!
]]>I have reported this to Trust payments, but recording here for the benefit of other customers. I have installed plugin version 1.1.2 and the following errors arise:
When Enable Url Notification is checked, customers are not receiving “order processing” emails, when unchecked, they get sent again. I’ve had to manually send hundreds of notifications to my customers today. (true 100% of the time)
Under some circumstances, blank orders are created in WordPress right after a successful order – completely blank, as in no details at all other than the same date and time as the successful order. (3 in the last 24 hours)
Still getting orders arriving occasionally in Myst with no customer name attached (3 in the last 24 hours)
I get the feeling the whole communications architecture used by this plugin needs a serious review, it’s just not at all robust.
]]>Please note the official WordPress forum may not be the best place for all support requests, since we will often need to investigate specific settings regarding either your MyST account or your website itself, and the public forum is not an appropriate setting for this.
?
Therefore, we would suggest that queries requiring more in-depth levels of support be directed [email protected], making it clear that your query relates to the latest WordPress plugin.
Thank you
]]>Hello,
The old plugin had recurring payments, this is an integral part of our payment system, when will recurring payments be added to the latest plugin?
Regards
Lee
Just for info.
Had an issue with orders showing as ‘Payment Pending’ in woocommerce orders and the order not completing or clearing the cart but transaction was succesful in MyST.
Removing the update fron 2 weeks ago (v.1.0.5) and reverting to v 1.0.4 has solved the issue.
Another Bug – Processing modal loading while iFrame fails to load.
Not even sure how this can even happen.

There are other bugs, but losing the will live to report them all
]]>Hello
Our client (using Trust Payments and your plugin) is having an odd problem where occasionally the customer is not being charged shipping for the purchase. We’ve been unable to isolate this to any particular type of purchase (different products, happens to both guests and logged in users, happens with coupon and without, there is only one fixed shipping rate).
When we look at the payments coming in on Trust Payments, it seems like sometimes information is not being saved. i.e. the transaction will be missing a name, or address information (though it’s saved in WooCommerce okay). We are wondering if shipping information is sometimes being dropped also. This would mean the shipping bug is the visible symptom of a wider problem. It’s not clear whether the plugin is failing to send info, or whether TP is failing to save it. Difficult to test as the issue is sporadic.
We are also experiencing a substantial number of reports from customers of sales hanging, or being unable to complete.
Have you any insight, or advice as to where we should start looking?
Kind Regards,
Pierce
Same issue for months now, 3DS full of bugs, still on the old plugin, the new one sounds even worse reading these boards….
Been back and forth with trust numerous times and never gets fixed. I dont know why they dont create their own plugin instead of using this third party who clearly arent up to scratch to fix it.
I am actively looking for a new payment provider, Trust you are going to lose many customers because of this, ridiculous.
]]>New bug I’ve found – when a customer tries to pay for an order and the bank declines it, the decline in MyST doesn’t feed back into WooCommerce to cancel the order. It just stays on “Awaiting Payment” with no information on what’s happened with the transaction unlike before with the previous plugin.
]]>Since upgrading to the 3DSV2 plugin, I’ve had a number of issues and am being asked by support for log files, but there are no new log files under woocommerce->status->logs
I can also see nowhere in the plugin that I could accidentally switch off the logs, so I’m assuming this is default behaviour.
If you can point me at where to find the logs, I’d appreciate it.
Thanks
Murray
Seeing a lot of timeouts in the last 24 hours. Customer orders not going through.
In one case, the customer payment was taken and the order was marked as “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”
It had a trust payments reference at 9:09pm then the cancelled status at 10:38pm
How is this possible? Is it a plugin issue or is the service experiencing problems?
This needs fixed as a matter of urgency so I have also raised with support @ trust payments
]]>Since upgrading to the new plugin, none of our orders have the order reference filled out in the order ref field in myst transactions.
Can you please fix this? It worked fine in the old (3dsv1) plugin.
Thanks
]]>I’ve been having issue with trust payment and their plugin since i signed up with them early last year. In the last 3 days i’ve had over 30 order cancellations using the old plugin, was forced to up date to the new plugin 3DS2 but encountered multiple issues:
Conflicting with W3 Total Cache Plugin, had to disable it to make the “loading payment details” error disappear.
Now the screen is stuck on processing order and will not move forward from there. This occurs after filling in all the payment details and clicking on place order.
Still waiting on Trust payments support team to do something about this, they gave me all the credentials but the response back is super slow, 1 email back per day. I’m losing out on so many clients and money, i feel like i want to move to another gateway provider.
If anyone has a solution please let me know.
Thanks
My site has never been able to process payments with 3D secure mode enabled with the original plugin. Which has not really been a problem, as I just processed payments with 3DS disabled. (5000+ transactions in 10 months, not a single error)
However, Trust Payments have told me I must now start using 3DS. I have installed this new plugin where 3DSV2 cannot be disabled. And the exact same problems occur to the original plugin, and I cannot process any payments, at all!
I can process payments in test mode, with no problems. As soon as I switch to ‘LIVE’ (and update the Site Reference) it all fails.
No WP error logs are recorded and no server logs are recorde. So I can’t even see why this is failing.
No error messages are returned on the checkout page.
Just the processing circle of doom, that turns away and nothing happens.
I originally contacted support on 24/06/2020 10:12 – but eventually gave up on securetrading’s support on 13/07/2020 as no fix was forthcoming. As I was told to just change the setting in the original plugin to point to their hosted payment page to use 3DS, but the plugin didn’t have that option. So I gave up.
But, now I have to use 3DS and I simply cannot process a payment.
Help
]]>Is there any known compatibility issues with woo 5.7.1 ?
This was a recent update. I just discovered there is an issue with the plugin, it is hanging with the spinner and not loading properly. So I cannot take payment.
Is there any way to tell when this issue started on the site also?
]]>Hi, working in Trust test mode, if i enter the card security code incorrectly, the payment correctly shows as cancelled in the MyST dashboard but shows as paid in the woocomerce site and allows the transaction to continue?
]]>Hello,
While checking out as a guest & creating an account on checkout payment does not go through. A message appears at the top but nothing happens.
I think this was also the case with the previous plugin. Can this be fixed to work with woocommerce default behaviour?
Thanks
