Before you create your own topic here, please read the guidance below. Twitch Player has had some major upgrades and things have changed. If you are having issues or have a specific question, we may already have an answer for you below:

• Twitch Player is now an Add-on plugin

  As of the latest update, Twitch Player is now an Add-on plugin for our new plugin – StreamWeasels Twitch Integration. You must install this new plugin for your Twitch Wall to continue working.
  If you’d like to know why we created a new plugin, what the new features include or what you need to do to get it working, please check out our StreamWeasels Twitch Integration migration guide.

• My shortcode stopped working!

  All of the StreamWeasels plugins have been rewritten, and the shortcode has been updated.

  Old Shortcode:

  [getTwitchPlayer]

  New Shortcode:

  [streamweasels layout="player"]

• I want the old Twitch Player back!

  If you don’t want to use the new version of Twitch Player with Twitch Integration, you can return to the old version easily and all your data will still be there.

  Simply delete the new Twitch Player, now named StreamWeasels Twitch Integration – Player Add-on. Then re-install the old Twitch Player by searching for Twitch Player in the wordpress plugin library.

• Something else is wrong!

  If you’re having some other issues with the plugin, there are a few ways you can get help. You can reach out directly on our Contact Page which includes both a contact form and an option for live chat. You can also search the StreamWeasels Knowledge Base, where we might have already addressed your issue.

How to display multiple displays. One is responsible for Dota 2 streams, the second for CS:GO streams?

If you look on the top-right of our site, you’ll see us using the player in a widget. Our issue is that we have the “Click on one of the…” image not fitting well into that space. Since we’re not using multiple channels, is it possible to remove that? Not only does it not look right on our site, but it’s redundant as we’re not using multiple channels.
