we are going to configure a clients site who already uses turbosmtp for other reasons to send emails via turbosmtp. so we found this plugin, which seems to be officially supported by turbosmtp (as stated here https://github.com/dueclic/turbosmtp-for-wordpress).

i have two questions:

• can you please confirm that this is an official plugin from the developers of turbosmtp?
• the transmission to turbosmtp happens via smtp. is it planned to change this or is it already possible to use the turbosmtp api? wouldnt this make more sense in terms of speed, stability, connection monitoring?

I get php warnings with last release (2.5) on Turbo SMTP configuration page while running the test email function. WordPress 4.7.13

Despite warnings the email is sent properly.

I installed the plug in and tried to use my own paid turboSMTP account and it failed, send a ticket to support and this lady was not helpfull at all, she redirected me to this site.
