Hi, I have an issue with translations after updating Tutor LMS and this addon. Even after creating a .po file with Loco Translate, some buttons remain in English, like “Enroll Now” or “Retake this course.” How can I resolve this?

Hello, After updating the Tutor LMS Pro plugin, the “add a new course” button for the instructor is not displayed. First, the member applies to “be an instructor” using a button with the same name “Be an instructor” (this button is shown), and the administrator approves it in Tutor LMS pro in the Instructor option, and then on the student dashboard page , the instructor should have the option of the “add a new course” button, but now this button did not appear. I checked the member’s roles and it has “Instructor” and “Tutor Instructor”, which should show me the “add a new course” button, but now it does not show this button. Please I need your help to solve this problem.

I added a Course List Widget to a page of a site I was working on, the preview displayed it perfectly ok. Then when I had to change the domain to finish up everything, the widget doesn’t load at all in preview. I have Elementor (Free & Pro) updated, along with Tutor LMS and the Elementor Addon. I tried disabling and enabling the plugin, to no avail.

How do I fix this?

there are some options missing , you should work on it

1- most widgets not work with loop template and when design loop with elementor not all showing like price and course creator ( instructor )

2- when i add normal text and click on dynamic , i cant see any option for toutr lms like course image , course price , rating … etc

why should you update the plugin ?

it will make the design easier to design custom design using loop . then we will able to design single course ( already exsist ) , and design course page and instructors page as custom design

also you have to make the plugin generate instructors and courses pages like other pages or even make option to generate or choose it manually instead of searching for short code

those options will take the plugin to next level !

I’m encountering an unusual layout issue with the course grid on my site and I’m hoping to get some insights or solutions from the community.

Here’s a description of the problem:

• I have a grid layout set up to display courses.
• Ideally, the layout should display three courses in the first row and one course in the second row (making a total of four courses).
• However, the layout is starting from the second column of the first row instead. So, it shows two courses in the middle and the right of the first row, and then two courses in the second row.

This results in the first column of the first row being empty and the courses starting from the middle, which is not the desired layout.

Here’s what I have checked so far:

• The grid settings in Tutor LMS.
• The theme and Tutor LMS are both up to date.
• No custom CSS that should affect this layout.
• Deactivating other plugins to check for conflicts.

I haven’t found any specific settings in Tutor LMS that would cause this layout issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or could offer some advice on how to fix this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, as the title says I’m getting an error “Call to undefined function TutorLMS\Elementor\is_plugin_active()” whenever I activate the plugin. This error shows up only if the user viewing the page is not logged in. If I’m logged in, the error completely disappears.

I’ve seen 2 other recent posts regarding this issue with no solution, my site is very basic so far with pretty much only TutorLMS and Elementor installed.

I tried to use this plugin,for some reason, the elements only appear in the builder editor, when I save and view them on the page, they disappear, please can u guys help me

Things I’ve done

Create a page model following documentation plugin

• Confirm Tutor LMS Elementor Addons is activated
• Elementor > Settings > Post Types > Check all Tutor’s CPTs
• Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data
• Clear possible cache plugin cache
• Clear browser cache
• Create a brand new course > Publish > Edit with Elementor

The plugin is generating a “critical site error” when installed on a subdomain.

This error only happens on my sites installed on subdomains. I use Hostinger hosting.

By deactivating the plugin the problem is resolved.

I am using the latest version of Elementor and Tutor LMS. This is not a critical error, but my error_log keeps growing because of this.

The error is the following:

By adding a null-safe operator (PHP 8+), the error disappears:

But taking in mind the compatibility with PHP 7 or lower, the best thing would be:

I want to add tutor lms addons to my website using elementor but any addon I put from the Tutor LMS Elementor Addons simply doesn’t show up online eventhough in the editor it does appear.

Also, how do I select which course I want to reference to an specific addon such as “course content” when added? It appears the content of my first course but I have others and it doesn’t allow me to select which course I want to use for the addon, or at least I dont know how to select it.

When I use provided shortcode for example one in the docs:

show_pagination has no effect and is not displayed (I have more than 3 courses on my site so it should work). Can you please fix it or provide some solution for making pagination available when using shortcode? Thank you.

for an e-learning platform 2 weeks ago the widget courses list was working just fine but now it is not showing any course is it a new bug or something?

I customized many templates from the LMS Tutor plugin by copying the relevant files in my theme and editing those, is it possible to do the same for this addon? I really need to change the look and function, or how some elements are displayed, but i don’t want to edit again the original plugin files every time there’s an update

Hello, I have just installed tutor lms pro with tutor lms addons for elementor and when I try to edit a course I get a error.
If I disable the addons it works well.

Tutor lms pro version: 2.2.3

There seems there is an error on translation template.

Some terms are available on Loco translate

One example is the button “Continue Learning”, there is a “Start/Continue/Retake button” term to translate but not the literal “Continue Learning” term.

As this there are some other examples like “Level” or “Total enrolled” that are not available on Loco UI to translate.

Any clue on how to translate this to the long term?

Because you can “hard code” the template files but every update will reset those changes.
