Is there a way to “white list” some Twitter accounts so that their Tweets automatically become comments while all others are held in WordPress’ comment moderation que?

like the topic title, I wonder how to separate the twitoaster comments from the regular comments.. just like we separate regular comments and trackbacks..

I want to make some nice styling for that..
