When I try to activate the plugin I get this response:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I’m using wordpress version 3.6.1

After I hit Update on a page or post, the page will then blank out. It then gets stuck on this url: /wp-admin/post.php

If I disable this plugin, everything works fine.

The plugin shows followers no matter what, even with the “do not show followers” radio button clicked.
