My portfolio is not working on my website. I still have the ubergrid plug in and have been using it for years to show a portfolio, however when I go to the portfolio page on my site the page is blank. on the backend of the website all the information is still showing on the grid as how I had set it up, so why is it not showing on the page? Thanks

I used the pro version of the elastic grid gallery (9.0.0).

I have different categories. In the category options settings, all categories are properly sorted. However, these settings are not adopted in the view.

The order of the category is adopted according to the order of the projects/images.
The order of the projects/images may not be changed, but the order of the category must be changed.

How can I solve the problem?

What can be the reason for videos not appertaining? The videos are added both from youtube and vimeo. This problem exists for both youtube and vimeo.

Is there a way to have the default portfolio image be clickable to the detailed page instead of popping up the image with an additional link to ‘view more’.

When you close a popup, the page will jump to the top of whatever outer div the element is contained within. Is there a way to prevent this from happening so that the page stays where it is when closing a popup?

I have historically had the Ubergrid plugin but the site it is installed on now comes up with a critical error. If I disable the plugin the site works. The plugin then seems to have changed to “Portfolio Builder-Portfolio Gallery” with a different version. Is there some sort of way I can migrate the content and to get it to work again?

In elastic grid portrait sized images are cut off at the top and bottom. How can i do the settings so landscape and portrait pictures are shown full size?

Seems like the plugin is conflicting with the custom template. Can your developers check what causes the conflict?
